I have heard so much about this wonderful platform called Hive but lack of good devices has been a hindrance. But the good news is that I am finally here to Hive.
I am a free person who just finds so much enthusiasm in learning and unlearning. But most importantly, I am bold, a good writer, reader and so much love encouraging others effort no matter the weight.
As a fresh graduate, being among friends who are experienced in a vast field due to their many years of writing would definitely be an opportunity that would open me to lots of learning.
My name is Godwin Zacchaeus. My friends call me Captain while others refer to me as a short man. 🤣🤣 Which is completely opposite of what I am but we all know why they prefer to call me that, Zacchaeus and the Sycamore tree🤣🏃🏃.
I hail from Ebonyi state but I reside in Akwa Ibom state with my parents, I am the last child in the four. An undergraduate student in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, department of Medicine and Surgery. My secondary School education came to a halt last year with a distinctive proof of good grades. My secondary was a place where I showed great effort in my academics and other activities like sport. I was one of the best in academics and sport and this earned me the name 'captain'.
HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE
I would not forget to give all thanks to this beautiful soul @marynn for all her dedication in putting me through Hive. The first time I heard Hive from an old friend was the first day I picked something interesting because I love blogging. He refused to talk to me about it, which I don't think is his reason for that till today. I met @marynn speaking to a friend and I heard them mention Hive. That was how I got interested and approached her and our friendship began.

She explained so much about this platform which made me even more interested to dive in. She guided me by teaching me how to post, editing tools, explained different communities and told me so much about originality and the implications of plagiarism. I know thank you is not enough but I'm so much grateful to her for showing me a path to learn and connect with people of like minds wholeheartedly without requesting a dime.
WHAT I LOVE
I am a lover of hard work, I don't believe in luck. I love the value of effort. Immediately after I finished my WAEC, I knew I needed money for upkeep. I decided to help myself by going into teaching and that was the best experience I have ever had.
The love I felt with the pupils was boundless. I didn't know teaching was fun until I began. What added a beautiful layer was the fact that the pupils loved me too as their teacher.
Also, I love riding bicycles. I am one person that hates whatever is toxic to the atmosphere. I appreciate going any distance with my bicycle. It gives me so much joy riding on the highways. The fun of riding my bicycle made my neighbors call me "rider".
As I said earlier, I was good academically because I love reading. Anytime I don't read I feel my day is not complete. But my secret to reading and understanding is listening to music while reading.
I so much love playing PS 5(games) especially when I connect with different people in various parts of the world. It's my pain relief. I also love watching movies in my free time,mostly adventure movies like Merlin, Legend of the Seeker, etc.
I am talented in singing, swimming, swinging and sleeping (lol). Before I conclude I also love eating and l have won a medal once in an eating competition. I personally call myself Plutton (not Glutton).
THINGS I HATE
I hate starving, most importantly. I hate dishonesty, Lateness and washing clothes with my hands. The heavy duty appliance in my house is the washing machine. I also hate losing a football match. I learn from my role model, Ronaldo (hard work=success).
