Assalamu Alaikum? How are you all ?I am back to you with a food blog. Today I will share with you my homemade okra bharta recipe. I will present the bharta recipe step by step from scratch. And I will share with you the required ingredients. Today I am going to present a delicious bharta recipe that can be easily prepared in a short time. This is a Bangladeshi food recipe. Hope you will like my recipe.

Okra 250 gm
Onion 1 cup
Mustard oil In Quantity
Dry chili 5 gm
Salt In Quantity

To prepare bharta, first boil okra in a pan on gas stove for 10 minutes. Then take the boiled okra in a bowl. After taking the pot, the okra should be polished by hand. Then mix the required ingredients well. So that nothing is lacking. And after mixing, check if the salt is correct. Okra bharta recipe will be ready at last.

I have shared with you a photograph of the final recipe. Okra bharta is a healthy dish. All the people of Bangladesh love it. Especially many people like to eat it fried. I like this bharta recipe very much. They are rich in nutrients and vitamin C. And it is one of the protein foods. We also know okra as ladies finger.
