Breakfast blogs is a challenge that I made to myself to post and share to you guys how I prepare my everyday breakfast. 😁

Now I present to you...
Patola Omelet With Native Chorizo!😍
served with Green Tea. :)
Omelet added with Patola, along with the juicy and tender Native Chorizo, makes for a very healthy yet flavorful breakfast! ☺️
Here are our ingredients for this healthy breakfast:
- 1 Medium sized Patola
- 1 Regular sized red onion
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Bell Peppers
- Native Chorizos (the more the merrier)
- 1 Medium sized Patola

Preparation
Peel the hard skin of the patola and proceed to cutting it into circular bite-sized pieces. Afterwards, cut all other ingredients into smaller pieces.
Next are the eggs,
Crack all 4 open and beat them in a bowl until the yolks are fully mixed together with the egg whites.
Cooking
Put eggs and chopped ingredients on a heated frying pan.
Cook until egg is fluffy.
Fry Chorizos in oil until reddish- brown and gooey. 😋
Serve with a cup of rice and tea and...
