Fun time is part of human life, I personally discovered if I work for five days in a week and don’t create a day for fun usually on weekends, I usually feel a sort of sick the following week.
If it’s not headaches, it could be fatigue even though I spend enough time for sleep at night, at some point I begin to feel worn out.
I categorize my fun filled activities into either stay at home, visiting interesting places or visit to a friend.
When I do stay at home I become occupied looking at the television all through and I have always wanted to balance things by avoiding spending much time watching TV it causes me teary eyes.
The next type of fun filled activity which I prefer the most is outside fun. Leaving the home to visit interesting places is what I derive joy doing, though places where they are quite expensive to derive fun like the park, zoo e.t.c what I do to balance that is visiting local places like streams or forest trip for fruits (this is another interesting fun type going to forest).
This time, I decided to visit the waterfall at Mahale national park, Tanzania.
Why I love water fun
Here are my reasons why I love fun at water bodies.
Swimming
I like to swim in water that isn’t deep above my height as a result it helps to relax and refresh my mind, and it gives sound sleep too.
Meet people
I learnt meeting new people in life is also a key to succeeding; there was this guy whom I met at a Mahale national park in Tanzania. He helped me to secure a job where I worked at Tarangire national park.
I worked as a financial secretary. If I were to ignore the need of meeting new people, I wouldn’t have worked there.
Meeting new people is one of the key ways to just like as we like new clothes, house or food, it is also incumbent for us to make new friends. But I need to clearly state that I don’t go for outside fun activity with the intention of meeting new person but if I find you interesting, it’s more likely we be friends.
Rejuvenation
Rejuvenation is the process whereby someone obtains a form of new zeal filled with new form of energy.
I don’t know if any has ever felt such instance before where you get new energy in reality. You see things in a different and more realistic way. It is the power of water to promote the human mental health.
Summarily, I spent the day on a visit to a popular waterfall at Mahale national park, Tanzania. This time around I am no longer as scared as I was, with water bodies, it’s necessary to also visit water bodies as they got energy we can tap from needed by the body. It plays an important role in obtaining a good mental health. Thanks for reading.
