- Hello everyone,
- Friends, in today's time there is no confidence in life. In earlier times, people used to live their life for 100-150 years without any problem, but today this recent young life, whose written life is of 30-35 years, there is no confidence in their life. What is the reason for this, we all know that as we are destroying the soil and making buildings, as well as we are eating readymade food in which pesticides are used, there is no time for exercise in life. Finding and making smoking and tobacco their habit, The amount of pollution in the environment is increasing but we are not taking any initiative in front of it, so due to all these reasons we are playing with our lives and our life is getting shorter.
- Friends, as I said, our lifestyle is reducing our life span. Nowadays the cases of heart attack have increased as well as the cases of cardiac arrest have also increased. If CPR is given to the patient within a few minutes of cardiac arrest, then the chances of the patient's revival increase.
What is Cardiac Arrest?
- The human heart beats 72 times in a minute. When this heartbeat stops, the human blood does not reach the body's brain and other organs like the liver, kidney and muscles of the body and it becomes deficient in oxygen. It is very important for the tissues of the body to get oxygen and if oxygen is not available then these tissues start dying. That's why the heartbeat is very important. When the heart is unable to beat and stops, it is called cardiac arrest.
What is CPR?
- The full meaning of CPR is Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. This is the process of which trying to start the stopped heartbeat shortly before. If the brain does not get oxygen in 3 to 4 minutes, then the brain becomes dead. That's why chest compression should be started as soon as possible. I have told in the image how to do chest compression. Starting as soon as possible chest compressions increase the chances of revival.
What is my purpose, why am I sharing with you guys?
I am a healthcare worker among friends and I keep seeing such cases daily. But today something happened in my duty that a patient whose age was 27 years and whose name was Mohsin was brought dead in my duty. Some of his neighbours said that he suddenly sat down 20 minutes ago and fainted (But friends, he had a cardiac arrest). Had his relative known basic life support and brought him to the medical facility while giving CPR at the same time, we probably could have saved him by giving him advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Seeing that innocent boy, I could hear the voice he was saying to his relatives or neighbours "Why you people could not save me, your few minutes of hard work could have given me another new life." Friends, therefore I am sharing this topic with you so that you too can help your family, relatives, friend or neighbour sometimes and save their lives. Your 5-10 minutes can save so many days of someone's life.
