Finally back on hive.

in #hive-1745782 years ago

four (4) months ago I made my first post here on hive through Leo finance introducing myself for the first time ever on hive. At the time I had little knowledge of what hive was all about and merely joined because my cousin introduced me to the platform, I would eventually leave the hive blogs in general with no intention of returning.

Fast-forward to two (2) months after then I returned to hive. At the time I still had no idea Leo finance, Ecency and 3speak were one under the Hive Blockchain and decided to write an introductory article on Ecency. After publishing the article titled "My Hive introduction post" I realized my Leo finance articles had appeared on Ecency. Although the context of the two articles were different i felt it was weird introducing myself again.

I again discarded my account and not so long from then decided to come back fully on HIVE BLOGS after my previous platform read.cash failed to pay me what was expected. I realized I lost my private and posting key when I tried to log into Hive through LEO FINANCE and ECENCY, i was confident of success because I had a friend delegate to me some hive power. I created another account with the username @dayotemi and I have since used the account. Recently I logged into my hive keychain app and decided to check out the manage keys if my private and posting keys would appear there, to my surprise they did.

So I'm glad to say I'm back fully on this account and I heard it was alright to have multiple accounts, so I decided to keep this account. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys on my next post.

Welcome back!

Thank you @dlmmqb .

Hey man, first of all welcome to Hive!

I again discarded my account and not so long from then decided to come back fully on HIVE BLOGS after my previous platform read.cashfailed to pay me what was expected.

I would tell you that it would be a huge mistake to make your interactions here on Hive about the money. If you do that, you’re just going to end up leaving Hive again like all the other times. Be on Hive to have fun, to explore, to perfect your writing and to meet new people and share ideas! The community will recognize you as you do these and the rewards will follow from there.

I think you misunderstood my article. I only stated the reason why I left my previous platform. And by 'pay' i didn't mean money, I meant how I was treated on read.cash .
Plus, I write articles on various platforms not for fun! or to improve my writing skills. I write articles for the benefit of it, which is getting paid. Claiming to write articles for fun is like lying to yourself, don't you think?

It's funny, in your Introductory post
You said :

If anyone knows an alternate way I could consistently grow my 100$ by even 2$ daily, that would be super super appreciated.

So I don't think you're here on hive for the fun of it.

Oh hey man, my bad, I did misunderstand you. Sorry about that.

Claiming to write articles for fun is like lying to yourself, don't you think?

I disagree. If your intentions are to make money out of blogging, in that case you’re right, you treat it like a job. If you’re doing it as a hobby, then what I said holds. You can be writing just for fun and enjoyment. I know a few people that blog on Hive and Blurt because they find people there a lot more interactive than on social media like Facebook and because they believe Hive is a better place to meet and engagement with a wider audience of people. Me, I’m here for both the money and the fun.

Edit:

So I don't think you're here on hive for the fun of it.

Lol I think you missed the part where I said I was here for both the money and the fun. I came here primarily for the money, but I realized along the line there was more to being here. That’s all I’m saying. It was nice talking with you man.

Welcome back @nftmaniac.

I’d like to share a few links with you to help you get settled in and find your way around here.

Our goal is to help guide people to post their content in the niche community that fits their post topic. You can better connect with likeminded people and possibly gain more support on your posts from people who are already interested in that particular topic.

For better understanding on how communities work please check out this Communities Explained - Newbie Guide ;)

I recently made a post to help guide newbies once they get here. You can check out those tips here.

Another place to check is with @newbies-guide where you will find a variety of collections to read.

I wish you well here ~

Thank you, @crosheille
