I recently tried a 4 day fast. Only coffee, tea ( no sugar obviously), and vitamins + minerals. It turns out that only 1st day was psychologically difficult. After that, I forgot to eat.
Evenings are also difficult because one gets bored. But even this can be overcome. Just get busy with something absorbing. Try to exercise. Do something you always postpone.
Sleep a lot. Actually, it's so easy to fall asleep after 3rd day, wow!
All this fasting changes perspective. And it's cheap!
And the first meal after this, so appreciating!
