Hi guys! How are you?
I'm fine, it's been 33 days since I had my chest surgery and I'm doing great! I can already do all the things I used to do again, the Doctor that I can go back to the gym in 15 days.
The first days after the surgery were difficult, the first day I came home, the moment I went to take it when he looked at me I almost fainted hahaha I had to go to bed and sit down, because my vision was all white and my head was hot. I don't know how to explain it, my mom had to go into the room to help me and put a measure on the mirror in the first few days so I could shower, maybe I'm a little fresh but it happens hahaha. The rest of the recovery was normal, of course a lot of discomfort and pain, but everything within what I already knew and I was warned. Here everything is fine, For all the positive energies that they sent me, I managed to recover excellently! And you did this to me!

These photos I took with 10 days of recovery, before that I couldn't take photos, it was difficult to lift my arm and I just lay down, but I was much better already.

Oi pessoal! Como vocês estão?
Eu estou bem, já fazem 33 dias que fiz minha cirurgia no peito e estou muito bem! Já consigo fazer todas as coisas que fazia novamente, a Doutora falou que posso voltar para a academia daqui 15 dias.
Os primeiros dias pós cirurgia foram difíceis, o primeiro dia que vim embora para casa, no momento em que fui tomar banho quando me olhei no espelho quase desmaiei hahaha Tive que ir para a cama sentar, pois minha visão ficou toda branca e minha cabeça muito quente. Não sei explicar, minha mãe teve que ir no quarto me ajudar e colocar uma toalha no espelho nos primeiros dias para eu conseguir tomar banho, talvez eu seja um pouco fresco mas acontece hahaha. O resto da recuperação foi normal, claro que tive bastante desconforto e dores, mas tudo dentro do que eu já sabia e me avisaram. Por aqui está indo tudo bem, agradeço por todas as energias positivas que me mandaram, consegui uma recuperação excelente! E vocês me ajudaram nisso!

Estas fotos tirei com 10 dias de recuperação, antes disso não consegui tirar fotos, estava difícil erguer o braço e eu só ficava deitado, mais estava bem melhor ja.
