Hello Hive Community,

I'm glad to be here. I assure you that my posts will be ladened with interesting thoughts and experiences about myself and life in general. Before I dive into who I am I'll like to briefly drop my thoughts about a major concern which is prevalent in several writing spheres- lazy writing.

I have seen experienced writers talk about how devoted and dedicated they are and how committed they’ve been over the years. But let’s not forget to ask “is that how they started and how are they keeping up”?

With the advent of AI content generating platforms (CHAT GPT everywhere) many are bamboozled, thinking writing is copy and paste. The truth is you can never beat creativity and originality, which is what I stand for. Some platforms are already coming up with algorithms to flag AI generated content, more talk for another day.

As a content writer and voice over artist, the journey has been quite demanding. Laziness was one of the big deals I had to overcome. I remember attending an interview, showing them the projects I handled for clients etc., but my social handles were just not showing it. I think I’m an online introvert (or was).

Laziness! Is it those days where you get the brief but still feel stuck? Or moments it looks like your brain is screaming out loud “I need a (censored) break”, in the face of a crazy deadline! Most times I just want to get the job done no time to display for the world. However, after rubbing off a few top companies and they kept talking about my online presence, I decided to make the best of my gift. A big thank you to @jjmusa2004 for leading me to hive. This is a very exciting experience for me and I look forward to a great time here.

I am a simple dude who loves positive criticism. I love to impact lives, learn and be a better person. On this path I choose to tread, I would really love to get your ideas and comments (will appreciate likes and reactions too). For the record, I graduated from the University of Ilorin with a degree in Mass Communication.

Don’t think I forgot about Laziness, look forward to my next post on how to curb laziness as a writer. Maybe I’ll drop an icing on how to focus on a topic. Kindly consider the whole writeup an introduction. There’s a lot about me which I can’t really capture in a piece. All I can say is that I am really excited to be here!

How can I overcome my lazy writing habits? This will be treated in my next post. Stay creative!

Welcome aboard! I'll delegate some resource credits to help you comment and post more often while you get started. The best way to build a good audience is to be a good audience for others, so create conversations!

Be sure to write down your keys and keep them somewhere safe. Here is another writer's overview of which keys do what. Beware of scammers who promise quick riches or mystery airdrops, and don't enter your keys anywhere carelessly.

The HIVE community tends to be welcoming, but rewards may drop off after your introduction. Persevere! The path to success is not always fast and easy. Avoid plagiarism and spam in your posts. You'll make progress in due time. Here's a great post from another blogger with some helpful advice, too.

Welcome to HIVE, you could write a study about HIVE and the dynamics of communication on the platform. I tend to say that I see less of the mainstream social media patterns. This is because you actively choose who to follow and your feed gets adjusted accordingly. So if you want to be in a small bubble it is possible, but you can also make connections that change the lives of many and interconnect with a diverse community in a fast and immutable way.
