Hello to everyone in the #OCD community !!
I want to tell a little story about my memories in 2020 at the end of the year, namely about me when I was at Borobudur Temple.
During my last holiday, I included a visit to Borobudur and Prambanan temples in my itinerary. From Yogyakarta, around 07.00 am, after breakfast at the hotel, we went to Borobudur Temple. It is located about 40 km from the city of Yogyakarta or about 100 km from Semarang. Administratively, Borobudur is included in the Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, Central Java. When we arrived at the parking area of the Borobudur tourist park, it was already full. We had to drive around several times until we finally found a parking spot in a corner.
Borobudur is a stupa-shaped temple, is a Buddhist temple as well as one of the largest Buddhist monuments in the world. Therefore, it is not wrong if the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, plans to make and promote Borobudur Temple as a "pilgrimage center" for Buddhists around the world.
There are many traders who sell hats because according to them the temple area is quite hot in the hot sun. Some even rent umbrellas.
