I miss @mstafford's @exhaust!
This is my first running report done manually after a long time. It will be short.
Runs don't have an adequate priority in the last working days. So I am shuffling training calendar to squeeze them into half-empty slots.
Tonight I took a one and a half hour long workout and shortened it by a quarter. The cooldown part was 5 instead of 20 minutes long.
The main part, two 20 minutes long tempo sections remained.
Has anybody thought of putting on a replacement for @exhaust? Some app to bridge, let's say, Strava to Hive? I could do it yet I don't want to open another project when I have too many unfinished already open.
All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of COROS Vertix 2 sports watch and displayed with COROS app.
Metrics and training plans are devised and analysed with the help of COROS Training Hub, currently in beta mode.
