Been missing the buzz of running the past week, due to sustaining an injury.
Weight-bearing exercise is problematic at the moment, as it’s a lower limb injury. Wanted to get my first cardio sesh in for a week, so decided I’d jump on the stationary cycle at the gym.
Takes the weight of my legs, meaning gives me the ability to get some cardio in.. hopefully won’t lose too much fitness if I substitute it for running until my leg is ready to make a gradual return.
Very light cardio session, as I want to make no sure no pain is present.
Got some upper body weights in too of course 💪
