Wife’s still snoring the house down.. not actually, she’ll kill me if she reads that.
Ain’t no chance of getting back to sleep, so getting my sunday strength session in bright and early… Actually just early, it’s still dark out.
The best thing about a 4am Sunday gym session? An entire gym to yourself. Beats that afternoon/dinner time rush everyday of the week 💯
