Asalaamu alaikum
Happiness is a blessing. Keeping a smile might not be difficult but what makes those smiles come is what will define it. As seasons pass and our hearts are filled with joy and joy, we celebrate this day as a wonderful day in the life of every Muslim. It’s Eid and we say Alhamdulillah for witnessing it. Eid Mubarak folks.
A lovely celebration it is today. After a month of devotion, a month of worship, and a month of getting closer to knowing more about our creator, we celebrate. We give glory to the lost high for giving us the strength to fast and enjoy this day. Many didn’t see the start yet they anticipated and didn’t get to the month. Many started with us yet they didn’t see the end with us. Again, many saw the end but couldn’t celebrate today with us. For us, we say Alhamdulillah for this great favor and celebrate it with honor and grace of being able to finish and reach this day.
Fasting is spiritual healing. Strength doesn’t guarantee who can fast. Being able to sustain hunger doesn’t show we can fast. But the spiritual connection you have with your lord is what can give you that strength to make it through. You will be able with food, no one will stop you from eating. But you wouldn’t eat because you know why you are doing it and that’s the spiritual will that guides us through this fasting period. As they once asked the holy prophet about patience and he used the fast of people to tell them how patient one should be. He said, “Be patient as the fasting man who it isn’t easy for him but he keeps calm and stays active because he knows the Maghrib Adhan will surely come.” This is what shows that it’s not by power to fast. Just by being patient and trusting, you will surely break the fast.
It’s a season we get together to have fun. A season we see the family grow and hope to see more of these graces. Eid is a celebration with its atmosphere; we are grateful we witness it. We say Alhamdulillah. And may we live to see more of these celebrations.
