Firstly what is food? Food is any nutritious substance that man or animal eat and drink or plant absorb in other to maintain life and growth.
Why did we need food we need food for strength, energy, for our system to work right and every part of the body to functions normally. But did you know that before human can be affected by not eating any food its three weeks as long as he drinks water, but if he doesn't drinks water nor eat any food humans can only survive for 3 to 5 days. That means doing a day without food has nothing to harm you. What if you are on dry fasting ? That aside, even if you eat too much you have a mental dieray you won't be thinking properly because too much of everything is bad did you know that staying a day without eating makes you more healthy? Makes you system get backs to normal functions just as if you reset the factory setting of a phone, it has been proven that staying a day without eating makes your brain works very well. It makes you thinks the unthinkable, have you not been notice that if you want to solve a problem that has to do with thinking and you want to get the solution through your thinking then avoid eating at that particular time trust me you get a solution to it.
Staying a day without eating makes your system to reset and your digestive system to get back to normal . if you are having a problem on digestive system and you want to get well fast stay away from eating and see the result you will thank me later. My mother always tell me don't eat your tomorrow with food don't get me wrong am not saying you should not eat but eat with caution. I will like to share my experience with you about staying a day without eating. There was a day I hate yam and bean to the fullest that I could not even stand up, umhh it funny right! I was so unto the food I could not even control myself again but focus on the food till it finish, after that I discover an hour later I was gasing with my mouth coming out a bad odour so irritating, through that day I can't eat anything and the second day I only drank water when I woke up the next morning I discover am OK . I then says to myself that there is a great benefits in staying a day without eating not that there is not food but to get back my system in a cool way.
Staying a day without eating has more benefit to offer so I don't see it has nothing that has a negative effect on humans.
