Sleep is very vital in relation to human health because it has a great contribution to proper functioning of tissue, organs and
body system. Research shows that sleep affect our stress hormones and growth.
According to nature I believe everyone has is own sleeping habits like sleeping hours and sleeping position which ranges from one person to another which contribute to an impact on daily activities of individual's physical, social, and mental well being.
Getting enough sleep from a regular sleeping schedule has always been a great challenges for me. Most of the days in the week I use to sleep late and also wake early for the fact I have to beat the traffic congestion to get to work on time. My typical daily activities start immediately I wake up in the morning, got to do some house chores like washing, cleaning and cooking, dress and go to my work place. My sleeping hours always ranges between 4 to 6hours ( sleeping hours schedule), always from 12am to 5am or 6am in the morning, the moment am unable to sleep up to this hours I always feel very weak and uncomfortable with my body because in most cases my sleeping hours are 3hours. Why? I have extra work to do and also be busy with my social medias and sometimes movie,I feel weak, look tired and sometimes sluggish when I get to work. I get to do most of the daily output with an operating machine, I feel worried, restless and headache, due to the work ethics related to stressful activities make my performance at work low considering my output per hour. My greatest advantage here is that I operate machine which requires all concentration of both mental and physical body system, therefore sleeping or dozing at work is not allowed. Physically looking at me, my face is dull and rough compared to when I have enough sleeping hours and this is my daily routine, although am now used to it but some days use to be like hell even more worse with running nose, cattarh and headache.
I wonder sometimes when I get enough time to sleep, unconditionally I won't be able to sleep, always as a result of holidays or maybe off time at work that I will even increase my sleeping hours. I believe my body system is used to my sleeping habits as a result of adaptation of work, stress and sleeping ours.
Those time that I have regular sleeping hours I feel different, new, agile, full of energy, smart look and glowing skin. Generally speaking in an ideal world , sleeping cause someone's state of mind to be cheerful, fully impressed, inspired, having a good thought and relief of pressure, stress and anxiety.
I felt so much comfortable with my health and wellness when I have enough sleeping hours, happiness in me, works, play, talking and gisting with colleagues, everything is easier, but otherwise for irregular sleeping hours and days.
