Be careful that what you hear doesn't disrupt your day's agenda.

How we start our day has a significant effect on how we end our day

What we see or hear could harm us. This is why is so important we prepare our minds fresh for each morning.
Just a quick response to something can trigger something that we later live to regret. I nearly ran closer to a very bad day today after someone provoked me on my way to work.

I left home with full glamour and confidence ready to get the ball rolling only to meet a driver-mate who tried to cheat me in a car. One thing I don't like is to be cheated because all my life I always prayed not to cheat others and I don't expect others to also cheat me.

While continuing to defend himself, I tried to stay put so I didn't cast my eyes on my day's agenda.
I will say I was able to conquer him with patience. After some time all nerves were calmed with a soft explanation. I was so happy inside me because I was able to control myself and that really geared me throughout the day.
I was so excited about that and that is the more reason why I'm composing this to at least share how we can have a very successful day when anger seems to strike us. Patience is needed in all aspects of our lives being able to remember it and apply it is very paramount to our success.
