Promoting equal advantages for both educated and uneducated individuals learning Trade

Learning practical skills has become essential for individuals to reach their full potential. In the past, apprenticeships were seen as a fallback option for those who could not attend school or dropped out. However, the current trend has shifted, and people are now more interested in learning practical skills than just obtaining a formal education.
In Ghana, there was a time when apprenticeship programs were not highly regarded and many people completed their programs without receiving a certificate. However, it is now mandatory to obtain a certificate after completing an apprenticeship program. Throughout the years, I have organized National Vocational and Technical Institute exams for several apprentices who have completed their programs.

Today, another batch of students sat for their practical and moral exams, marking another milestone in their journey.
Is rather unfortunate the name exams bring fear in us. With all the fears surrounding the apprentices today, they managed to put up a good show and I hope their effort will be rewarded when the results are released
This has been a government effort to bridge education with trade.

This is another achievement as I grow into the realm of Business Development officer work. The number this time was very encouraging and I hope it continues like this for me. The aim is to help kill that mindset, that learning a trade is only for those uneducated. The government is doing everything possible growing businesses get the necessary support in transforming their businesses. Our outfit will guide them through all their business journey in making them thrive in the business world.

Many congrats to them all.
