The Holidays came so fast this year. I have no idea how the Holy Week is calculated nor do I know whether this is the time the Holidays are supposed to be here but it seems the holidays came too early this time.
Schools are on break now. The school environment is so quiet and serene since most of the students have travelled back to their homes for the holidays. I hardly doubt you'd be able to count up to 50 people on campus. Traffic has reduced drastically and now you're able to get wherever you are going on time without spending hours in traffic, frustrated.
It's Easter and like any other easter holiday, there are going to be tons of celebrations. Artistes will be organizing shows making sure they fill various stadiums and arenas. Some people will be spending time with family, friends and loved ones; going on picnics and reunion dates while others will also be going on solo dates. There are going to be lots of activities on mountains and beaches ranging from skydiving, paragliding, hiking, skiing, and swimming.
Even though there are going to be loads of activities since people are tired and stressed from work and studies and want to unwind, I don't know if the celebration is going to be as much this year as there was in the previous years. Prices of goods and even services have increased a lot due to inflation. Besides, there has been an increasing occurrence of power outages in the past month so maybe it might affect some of the activities.
Personally, this year, for the holidays, I want to use my time productively, to focus on my long-term career goals. I'm going to be doing more studying since my exam is right around the corner and I'm not fully prepared for it. I've also registered for some online courses which will be starting very soon.
Hopefully, after the exams, I'll get enough time to relax and unwind but till then, LETS GET IT.
