Greetings hivers,i trust you all are already having a wonderful week.... I'm glad for the opportunity to share my thoughts with you all so make sure you read to the end....
Is love supposed to be hard?
For a very long time the hearts of humans have been programmed to always think that to be in love is a very tasking and difficult thing to handle. This has been a stronghold over centuries, causing a major harm to the society cause even young adults are scared of embracing love cause of what they've heard and believed. In my own opinion, love isn't supposed to be hard and that's because it is what the mind accepts to be hard that is actually hard, obviously it might be hard but when you value it , you do whatever it takes to achieve or have neglecting the pain.
I'll give an instance, there are set of students who actually love maths, if you ask if math is hard to them? They will definitely tell you no and that's because they enjoy it , unlike students that don't enjoy maths, they will tell you they don't love maths because its hard.
So loving someone entails that you're able to see the stress, emotional imbalances , pain as part of what you love ,this makes it easier to erase the idea of love being hard.
"Love involves a sacrifice of time , emotions and finance"
These are not things many humans normally give out hence making it's hard to see the simplicity in love ,love involves giving, if you're a lover then you must be a giver too ,if love must be easy then a man or a woman must be able to give to the other by sacrificing three core values that makes a human comfortable .
Love might contain all of the stress and sacrifices but yet should not be considered hard because it is who you love that you're sacrificing for so it should be easy.
Are all of these sacrifices worth love?
Yes of course! Whatever sacrifice you make with regards whatever you love is worth it. You love cause you've seen value and worth in a person, you've seen that rare and unique character that only that person possess so you ate giving your all to make sure that value becomes part of your life.
A quick instance, I'll draft tjis out from the bible ,the parable of man in Matthew 13 that speaks about a treasure hidden in a field. The man who finds it gladly sells everything to buy the field, so he can acquire the treasure. Same applies to a man in love ,he has seen a treasure i the woman he loves and hence will sacrifice everything to earn her.
"All of the sacrifices towards love are worth it."
