Every day, I wake up from my bed to my hustle and hurdle, the only thing that keeps me motivated is the millions of people who have the same certificate as I am yet searching for jobs all over. People are really suffering, if you don't know any police, you cannot get a good job in my country. So, after waiting for many years, I decided to hunt for teaching and I was employed. This is a job, I refused to do years back because the pay was very small and not encouraging at all. It is still not better but it's okay for someone who has gone helter-skelter to be employed.
What inspires me?
As a dedicated teacher in a government secondary school, we face numerous challenges, including a less conducive learning environment, inadequate resources like furniture, and modest compensation. Yet, my passion for teaching and my desire to make a positive impact on my students' lives drives me to persevere, endure, Keep moving, and stay positive.
Every day, I rise above the chaos, motivated by the opportunity to shape young minds and inspire my students to reach their full potential. My selflessness and commitment to their growth are truly admirable. Even when the backgrounds, environment, parents, and the government are not encouraging us to do better. We move

Student progress and achievements: Witnessing my students' growth and accomplishments, no matter how small, fills my heart with so much joy and motivates me to continue making a difference. Some of them wrote the JAMB exam for the first time and they did excellently well. The joy of a teacher is to see the students scaling new heights.
Building meaningful relationships: Forming connections with my students and watching them develop into capable individuals creates a sense of pride and fulfillment. The joy and excitement are top-notch, they are the driver that drives me to my job.
Being a role model: I inspire my students by being a positive influence and a shining example of dedication, hard work, and resilience. Changed their orientation from I don't want to become a teacher to I want to become a teacher
Collaboration with colleagues: Sharing experiences and ideas with fellow teachers creates a sense of community and support, helping me stay energized and motivated. If you don't want your student to challenge you, buckle up professionally.
Continuous learning: Pursuing professional development and staying updated on new teaching methods and technologies keeps me engaged and inspired. I engage myself in dimensions of seminars and training for my growth.
Student appreciation: The gratitude and appreciation I receive from my students, no matter how small, reinforces my purpose and motivates me to continue making a difference. Some parents are so appreciative of a fault and that's the spirit behind this job. Appreciating the little efforts of teachers with good words can go a long way.
Personal growth: Setting goals for myself, such as improving my teaching skills or pursuing additional education, helps me stay focused and driven. I cannot count how many additional teaching certifications I have gotten. Ability to learn and relearn for my advancement.
My desire is to create a better and brighter future among these students through my knowledge. Also, my vision for a brighter future for my students drives me to strive for excellence in my teaching practice. However, this can only be a success when all the stakeholders are involved.
The urge to do better for the future I crave for?
My unwavering dedication and passion for teaching are a beacon of hope and inspiration to my students and colleagues alike. These are the things that keep igniting the fire within myself and my students and know that my efforts are shaping a better tomorrow, Future leaders, Kings and Queens of tomorrow, Glory of our Nation, Doctors and lawyers, Engineers, Architects, and many others
