Hello guys, here we come again! Hope you are enjoying your weekend? It's another edition of the @hiveghana weekly prompt. I'm glad I was able to participate and you too can join here
Everyone wants to succeed but only few know what success is and what it entails. The sacrifices you have to go through. No exact definition for success as everyone can define it by their own point of view in life.
Well according to my knowledge, I would say success is accomplishment and this does not only include wealth. It is not how many houses one has built, how many places one has traveled around the globe or even how many cars one has owned.
It is how many lives one has impacted. It is the many tearful faces one is able to wipe.
A successful person is someone who people can say what would I have done without you?
A successful person is a sponsor. A successful person is a selfless person. How many lives have you touched? How many people were able to change their lives?
If your response to all these questions are positive then you are said to be successful. You can't be successful and then when you are no more your name does with you. I don't mean you have to be famous, this applies to people around you.
Like Mary Slessor, she was a successful woman and till years to come her name goes on.
How hungry are you for success? And how far will you go for success?. Well if what comes to your mind as you read this is "I can do ritual" or "I need money like a ritualist" then you're going out of the picture, like I said earlier success is not just an achievement. It is not a comparison of another man's success story or a competition or of who's better and who's not. Success is just like a race, you have to stay in your track till you win.
If your means of getting success is by hurting the other person then it is no longer success but selfishness.
Success is happiness, it is peace, it is fulfillment.
Success is growth, you know you are better than where you used to be yesterday. Success is being able to overcome obstacles
Success is to reach your goals and this includes all areas of your life both in career, family, relationship and in finances and to get to success it requires putting God first, it also requires discipline, consistency and selflessness.
