Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything

A lot of beautiful sounds are soothing for the ears and immersive for the body. Religious rhythms to local music and early morning bird songs, these great sounds do it for me. It's sweet listening to such melodies.
Imagine being in a public vehicle, and someone next to you is chewing bread "krop krop krop". Feel like dropping out of the vehicle? Yeah, I have been there.
Certain sounds are just too unbearable for me. Let's see if my list shares similarities with yours.
Top on my list is snoring. Unless I am asleep before hearing it, I cannot sleep when someone is snoring. It is so bothersome to me. I feel the person is drowning in their breath. For many who experience snoring, obesity or being overweight is key contributor.
Second on my list is Donkey sounds. Oh mein, this is noise. It irritates me so much that I plug my fingers in my ears just to stop hearing it. Sometimes, I wonder what they are trying to say when they make that weird sound.
And yeah, these sounds are beyond my control.
There are human made sounds that torture me, and are quite modifiable should need be.
I believe I am in the majority when I say I don't like loud music. Music is supposed to bring that sense of relaxation with a right balance. If it's too high, it's noise for me. And as I mentioned earlier, that "krop krop krop" eating sound is nowhere near pleasant for me.
