now let me tell you how it all started , I never had intention of joining hive before I did. Some of my hostel mates were on it and once a while I would hear them talk about it. So the night I joined hive a friend of mine came to our hostel and asked @rubilu to onboard her so she came to me and asked me to come so we both join in the end I was the only that joined hive that night. And @Rubilu delegated some hp to me .That is how it all began
Now fast forward I made my first post which was a Hive Ghana weekly engagement topic titled SHS Diaries, then my second titled first experince to the gaming world I wrote this post around the time I had started to play online games, its been a while since I played. Then after these two post and another I made my introductory post titled THE LATE INTRO:me which I posted in Hive Ghana and won the weekly author. I was so excited, I didn’t care about how much I made per post all I cared about was people upvoting me no matter the value because it made me feel my content was great and people liked and appreciated it. I won’t lie I used to find it difficult posting more, like I do now because I had lectures to deal with and didn’t really bother about writing frequently.
Sometimes I hardly get upvotes but the sun don't shine all day so I wasn't discouraged.
I also joined the Newbies initiative but I wasn't active on the Discord channel so I didn't get selected afterwards.
Finally it was vacation and As usual I set my vac goals, I wrote a post about vac goals stating what I want to accomplish during this long vac. Well I can’t say I am track with my vac goals but at least I’m glad I was able to give more time and effort in my hive blog. Which I am proud of and looking forward to do more.
Now the most interesting part about my vacation is that I decided to take part in the hive zealy and hive rally car campaign, The campaign really helped me a lot by increasing my engagement and I learnt a lot during the period as well. Before, I used to post via Ecency. but now I do post via Inleo once a while and one thing I love about inleo is threads.
During the zealy campaigns I used to join spopaces on X and I interacted in threadcasts and learnt more about Hive and Inleo and other stuffs ,.Now that the campaigns are over I am looking forward to join the next one.
Also I have also participated in a some of OCD community boost contest.
I have set goals I want to achieve on Hive before December and I am hoping I accomplish and even do better.
I am pretty sure I may have left some little details out, but the ones stated above can't be left out when telling the story of my journey on hive.
So far my journey on Hive has been so great and by His Grace I am looking forward to writing a post when I hit one year on Hive
