Hello and compliments to everyone; it is a joy to have you on my post.
Do you smoke, or do you happen to know anybody close to you who does? Please tell us about him.
No, I don't smoke, but I know people who do (peer group influence). Most of them use herbs and sprinkle them into their meals and eat, so the people I know have a hideout where they smoke called Bonk, and when they smoke, they feel like top boys, and I also tell some of them that as a young boy, using their money to buy loud is a waste of revenue.
But they constantly state that they want to be on cloud nine, the highest mood, and that they smoke when they're depressed to forget about their troubles, but issues still arise after smoking.
I will not urge any teenager to smoke since it will make you look bad and cost you money that you might have used to eat, but once you've started smoking, it's difficult to stop; prevention is better than cure.
Do you understand why and how individuals become hooked to cigarettes?
In my opinion, the presence of nicotine in tobacco causes individuals to get hooked to cigarettes. Nicotine is a very dangerous and highly addictive chemical, and tobacco leaves are used to make products such as cigarettes that can be smoked or piped, so when smokers smoke cigarettes, the highly addictive chemical runs to their brains, and the brain generates feelings in their body that will make the smoker feel on top of the world and untouchable.
After then, the brain begins to regulate the entire body, and when the nicotine is too much for the brain to handle, the person becomes hooked to cigarettes.
In the country of Ghana, the majority of young people are hooked to hard drugs such as Colos, Igbo, loud, and so on.
Explain the harmful effects of smoking on one's mental and physical health
It is believed that everything with advantages also has problems. I'm attempting to argue that smoking has a beneficial influence, but that is not the case; smoking may have numerous fatal consequences for someone's health.
- Heart Disease
- Lung diseases
- Stroke, diabetes, and cancer.
Smoking raises the chances of TB, immune system malfunction, and rheumatoid arthritis.
And nicotine is included; nicotine also hardens the arterial wall, which may cause a heart attack. I always wonder if smokers see all of these negative effects before they start smoking; the cigarette is like seeing a car moving at high speed and then running in front of it, and the car knocks you out; I say this because they know cigarettes are deadly but still smoke them.
How can you help someone quit smoking and return to a normal life?
I will say that I have no clue about this question, but I will suggest the person to visit a therapist who can assist him. The therapist will know what is best for the individual, but I know that it is tough for someone to quit smoking, but it is possible to quit smoking. Say No To Smoking.
Thank you for visiting my post.
