When I saw the topic as part of the prompt for this week I just smiled to myself because I have been granted any opportunity to share my story .
Indeed life is filled with so many things that I should be grateful for.
1:My family:I’m so grateful for having such any amazing family that could do anything for me just to smile and be okay ,my family has been with me through thick and thin and has never left my side even for a bit .even when things seems to go wrong my family would always find a solution to keep me happy and for that I’m so grateful for having them in my life and I thank the almighty God that has been keeping them alive till today .
2:Education:while growing up as a kid I never thought I would been granted the opportunity to be a university student because of how difficult it is to gain admission in my country.
after my secondary school I wrote my joint admission matriculation board (jamb)and I applied for my state university (benue state university) I passed the exam with flying colors but when it was time For admission my name was not on the admitted List I felt so bad about it but my mum told me not to worry that my time would surely come .the next year I still sat for jamb and I made sure to study very well so I can beat the court off mark for the school that I applied for unluckily for me my name was not on the admitted list I cried and became sick I even told my mum that I won’t be going to school again but she told me not to give up that I should try again .
The 3rd year I still registered for jamb and luckily for me I was admitted into one of the best university in Nigeria,university of Uyo ,Akwa Ibom state .i was so happy when I logged in my details to the portal and saw that I was admitted to study mass communication.I called my mum and told her about the good news and she more excited than i was .i am currently in my 300 level second semester doing my IT ,and for that I am more than grateful and thankful for such golden opportunity because I never thought I would be here ,though I still difficult moment in school but I’m still grateful for that cause nothing comes easy .
Let my life story inspire and motivate you that in any situation you find yourself learn not to give up because a time would come were you will start enjoying ,exploring and forget about the difficult times and what you went through.and learn how to greatful in all ramifications
