My worst habits and their negative impacts

Lovely greetings to everyone here and welcome to my blog☺️it's my first time writing on ghana hive and I'm excited to be here.so today I will be writing on my worst habits

one of my worst habits is my tendency to procrastinate. I know it's not a healthy habit, and it has lead to a lot of stress and anxiety in my life . But sometimes it's just so hard to get started on a task, especially if it's something I don't really like or I'm not particularly interested in. I find myself putting things off until the last minute,and even at the last minute I will still feel so tired to do it. and then I end up rushing to get it done procrastination has made me lose alot of opportunities and caused damage my potentials and moods It's not a good way to work, and it's not fair to myself or to the people who are counting on me.
some ways I have tired to some procrastinating is through
reducing the number of decision I have to make in a day
and planning my day before it finish that is planing my day in advance
Another bad habit of mine is my tendency to compare myself to others.i'm so fond of doing always doing that I know it's not healthy to constantly judge myself against other people's achievements, but it's something I struggle with. I don't have faith in myself and I often find myself feeling like I'm not doing enough or that I'm not as successful as others. I'm working on this habit and trying to invest on myself and focus on my own progress and goals, but it's definitely a work in progress.
I also tend to be a perfectionist, which can sometimes lead to analysis paralysis and prevent me from getting started on
I also have another one which is Unhealthy eating habits which includes eating too much junk food, and skipping meals.I have become so addicted to
eating too much junk food and it has made me gain weight more than I should ,and have low energy, I also have this spot for sugary food like cakes,ice cream,pies and candy and I eat them alot I know it's not healthy for my health but I have tired so hard to stop but It's a work in progress though
