Sleep is nature for both humans and animals, which means no one will leave fine without sleep, it is normal and natural.... And according to W. H. O, we were told to share our 24hours into three sections, and 8hours was given for sleep. If you don't sleep for 8hours within 24hours it will surely affect you and might affect your health status if this persist for a long period of time
Not sleeping to your taste everyday will surely weaken your body system, and might cause you to have some unnatural sickness like insomia, fatigue and dizziness. If someone is sick and find sleep difficult to do, then there is a big problem ahead because the person body system will never be normal and can even increase the body temperature. When you sleep for 6 to 8hours, you'll be energize and you will be productive on your daily activities
sharing about how I do spent my own day before going to bed everyday is not really encouraging, because I usually don't have much time for sleep due to the nature of work. Everyday I used to wake up as early as 4am, and won't sleep in the night until 11:30pm. So when I did the estimate on how much time I do use for sleep, I discovered it's not even upto 5hours daily. To be sincere this really do affect me alots on my daily activities to the extend that I'll be at work and sleep will be disturbing me and that's because I didn't have enough time for myself to sleep the way I suppose to...Now is becoming an habit for me, sometimes I'll wish to sleep and sleep would never come. I discover what lack of sleep cause in the body due to my own not having enough time for myself...I'll like to share us little of what I discovered

⚜️ It cause depressions
⚜️ It makes you to have bad judgmental
⚜️ It makes you not to able to pay attention in anything you doing
This is how I've been spending my time every day by day. I never say I'm doing myself a good favor, neither did I... Today I'm working serious in changing things I've not been doing well. Most especially my sleep everyday. I come to realize that sleep is not something you manipulate or cheat on... It's something you have to do because if you don't, you gonna end up not being productive in all ramifications
