Well, how well my day goes depends on the mood I am in. Ever since I joined Hive everything and almost everyone around me speaks Hive. If I am in school I think my life in hive goes well. On the other hand, being at home for the first few weeks makes things kind of crazy and lazy for me considering we are just vacating and you’ll be very tired and burnt out from the semester.
I’ll talk about my day but then it will be about this last few weeks on hive. For the past 5 weeks, we’ve been participating in the leofinance zealy campaign. It had a 10k dollars prize pool for people who finished in the top 50. So yep, all we had to do was make sure we complete quests and gaining more XP. They had drawing quests, writing quests, power-up quests, daily quests, weekly quests and all.
Waking up daily to it was my goal. My day usually started this way. I don’t usually have a bedtime but latest by 3 am I’ll be fast asleep. If am not too tired then I’ll make sure I wake up for prayers in the morning. The morning prayers I observe are mostly around 5 and I wake up 30 minutes before time. When I wake up the first thing I do is switch on my phone data and check if I have a notification from the Friday bot.
After I check on the Friday bot, I go straight into hive. I used to like using ecency a lot but now I just go straight to Chrome and access it from there. As soon as I go there I check my friends list. I check to see if there are any familiar faces I know that have posted anything. After I check on it I give out a few votes to the ones who are not on my auto votes.
So before I finish doing all this it will be time for prayers. I leave my devices at home and make my way to the mosque. From the most will be too tired to do anything else so I have to sleep again. Immediately I wake up I check on Friday again.
Then after these things that's when my day officially starts. I have this game that I play on Discord called S&S so I usually check on it every two hours cause that's when I can send my raven and receive some potions to continue playing. From there I enter into the neoxian discord chat where we mostly chat from morning to evening. In that server, it doesn’t look like people sleep as people are there every hour chatting with each other.
After chatting in the neoxian channel for a while that’s when I need to make a post. Having a post idea is the most difficult part for me. Whenever I get the post idea I believe I can finish the post within a few minutes. After I publish the post I then have to check on my hive engine tokens. These days I spend more time In checking my hive engine tokens more than the tokens I have on my Binance on houbi
It used to be the opposite at first. Maybe it was because I had nothing in there. I usually check on my stakes to see how they are faring. I check in it multiple times as soon as I get online with my laptop. I usually make 2 or 3 posts in a day when I am feeling good.
After I make the post and check in my hive engine tokens the next place I wanna be is threads. Threads is microblogging on Leo finance. It feels and looks like twitter just that threads is better. You earn Leo when you thread on threads. In fact, thread is not as toxic as twitter. You feel good making short content right? Then threads is the place for you.
As for threads I can spend my whole day there. So am usually switching between threads and discord. For discord we mostly have giveaways there and you wouldn’t wanna miss it. Apart from the giveaway I just enjoy chatting there. I’ve realised that joining that channel has made me grow on hive. It might not be hive but every single person there is on hive. Everyone there got to join the channel through hive.
So I think I’ve gotten it all there. This is how my day goes on hive when am at home. Switching between discord channels and threads and hive. How do you spend your day as a hivian?
