Playing games are good ways to relax yourself.
Playing games can bring about many things. When you play games you tend to learn new things from the game or from people you play with. Playing some type of game can help develop you intellectually.
I play different types of games both indoor and outdoor games.
I always try to learn new games whenever I have the opportunity to. When you play games you get to know people, you get to make a network of friends who can help you grow. Games can also help us in different aspects of our lives.
I played football right from my early days while growing up. Football is one of the games that exposed me to competitions. I was able to make new friends while playing football.
I was a sprinter also. I ran a 100m race and also relay races representing my school when I was a student and also after school.
Taekwondo is also one game I enjoyed. It helps you make decisions on time and also helps as self defence despite being a game. With taekwondo I was to travel to different states for competitions representing my school Ambrose Alli University. Taekwondo has helped to keep my body fit through exercises. Some other games I enjoy playing are volleyball, badminton, lawn tennis, javelin and a little basketball. I have been practicing the lawn tennis game for some time now.
Each outdoor game is played depending on its availability in whichever environment I find myself in. Currently I play more lawn tennis, football and volleyball. There are few indoor games I play once in a while. Games like Ludo, card games and sometimes scrabble. As a guy, computer games are not left out.
Playing games helps to relax the body and also helps to exercise the body.
