Sometime last year, I went to the mall with my babe and we decided to skate...When you watch skaters on TV, you will feel it is very easy to do until you find yourself in the skating shoes and the first thing on your mind is how to protect yourself from falling and smashing your head on the ground. However, safety precautions have been prepared for that, so they gave us helmets to put on but that still didn't take away the fear.

For some minutes I could not do anything, standing up was a problem too cos I didn't want to go home with bruises on me, there was an instructor who was skating as if it was nothing which reminds me of the stunt people pull with this skating shoes online but here I am unable to do anything.
Fortunately there were other amateurs like me there, the first person was a little girl who had already learned how to stand and skate slowly from one angle to the other but one could easily tell she was still a learner and there was another guy who joined us there too, it was his first day and l was inspired by how he learns to stand and started moving on the skate within few minutes even though he fell couple of time and that was my source of motivation.
If he could learn to do it on that someday, nothing should stop me as well, so I stood up and held onto something so I wouldn't fall. Gradually I learned how to balance and then I also started moving from one angle to the other while holding onto the wall but later on, I stopped holding something and stood on my own.

My babe didn't do anything until another guy came with her babe too, it was also their first time and the other girl was also ready to learn which became a source of motivation for my babe as she didn't want to be left behind too, so she also stood up and within next moment I saw her holding onto the walls and moving too.
The point of this story is not to envy others for what they can do, instead their achievement should be a source of motivation that inspires us to improve ourselves too.
There is nothing we can't do if we believe in ourselves that we can do it, I and my babe thought it was a difficult task but when we see others doing it, we summon the courage to try it out which pays... It applies in every aspect of our life, when we think something is too difficult for us to do, we just need to give it a try and put more effort. If others can do it, then we should be able to do it too! We are humans!
