Best Strategy to Conquer Noxious Fume without Immunity Monster

What a fantastic weekend for crypto enthuastisc; watching how $trump coin was scaling high, and not participate in the airdrop. I was just tired of #meme coins that made me not to participate in any airdrop.
New week, new splinterlands challenge: in have been using Quora Towershead to battle whenever Noxious fumes is given unto me. This is because i was paired up with many players that used Quora Towershead whenever Noxious fumes is given. Using Quora Towershead by different players made me understand that it is one of the best monsters to use when noxious fumes is in action.
Sincerely, I'm one of the players that always want to use Quora Towershead, because of the ability.
Level 3 of Quora Towershead is suitable to use when noxious fumes is given. Level 3 of the monster have immunity which could not allow any negative effective to affect it.
We all know the important of immunity in a monster. The first day I was paired up with a player that used level 3 of Quora Towershead, since then I am looking for level three of the monster.
It is difficult to kill, and easily to destroy other monsters. The funniest thing is that, the as it kills a monster, it stats increase which makes it stronger.
In this battle today, I decided to try other strategies to fight noxious fumes without a Immunity monster. This was because the moment I saw noxious fume rule in the past, I started searching for immunity monsters.
Sometimes, I searched the whole splinters- Earth summoner, Life Summoner, Fire Summoner and Dragon summoner to check the availability of immunity monsters.
I most cases, I used summoner with a strong immunity monster.
Monsters I love to use when Noxious Fume is given in battles
Immunity monsters
Immunity monsters like Forgotten one, Almo Cambio and Evelyn Auvera. This was the initial monsters I was using in those day.
Forgotten one was my favourite because it has attacking ability. To make this monster stay long in the battle, I don't use it as the first monster. There were instances I used it as fourth or third position in battles. By the time my opponent's monsters were left with 2 or one that was when forgotten one would led the battle.
I have used this method until when other immunity monsters were released, which posed a lot of threat to my lineup.
Monsters with Healing ability
Healing ability monsters I cool to use; and it was among the monsters I used in this battle.
Sea monster, Water elemental, Cerberus, Uriel the purifier, Flesh Golem, Pelacor Mercenary, and Xenith Monk.
Looking at my lineup here, I used Sea monster Sea monster in fourth position; I knew that sea monster would be left in this battle, and I protected her from being eliminated by not using it in the first position.
Therefore this is how I used some of the healing monsters when I came across noxious fume rule.
But most time I used Uriel the Purifier in the first position, I do use monster with cleanse ability to deactivate all impurities in the first monster.
Monsters with cleanse ability
This is another strategy I used in noxious fume rule; the thing is that, I used strong monster in the first position such as Uriel the Purifier; then I also used a monster with taunt ability such as Iziar to reduce the rate of attacking Uriel the purifier.
By using this strategy, there were many noxious fume battles rules I have won.
As the opponent's monsters kept on attacking Iziar, the attacking power on Uriel is reduced; and my monsters kept on attacking first monsters in the opponent's lineup.
Monsters with Scavenger and Weapons training abilities
Examples of weapon training monsters Aves Sturgis, and Skuk Duskblight; and examples of scavenger monsters Helmet Kharafax and riftwing.
I love to combine these two set of monsters together. Whenever I used Aves Sturgis, I also used Helmet Kharafax. This bloodlust monster have made won many battle. In fact, there were times I used Berix Snakeye with it.
Kharafax got double attack- range and magic attacks.
Monsters with high number of health
There was a day, little league and Noxious fume rules was given me: I selected a summoner that I could get monsters with high number of health; I selected Earth splinter. I picke Hill Giant, Fungus Flinger, Xenith Monk, Water elemental, Barking spider, and spirit Shaman.
My opponent use Fire Summoner, and before the third round, all my opponent's monsters were eliminated.
This is also applicable to when little league is not given, I love to use monsters with high number of health that could go beyond round 3.

Up close and Personal
You can only summon units with melee attacks.
This was the reason, only melee monsters were available in this battle.
Noxious Fumes
All units start the battle poisoned and lose 2 health at the begining of each round, starting in round two.
Holy Protection
All units have divine shield (ignores all damage once, after which the divine shield is destroyed).

For me to make use of the monsters I needed in this battle, it was important for me to use water summoner.
There were monsters I needed so bad in this battle which could only be found in water splinter.
That was the major reason I used water summoner.
Looking at this battle, there was no way magic monsters were available in water splinter.

The Kraken

Bringing the Kraken into this battle was one of the best decisions.
It took opponent's monsters 4 round to eliminate the Kraken, and that was what I wanted. You could see that two monsters were left from his lineup while I was left with 5 monsters.
Without Kraken, at least 3 of my monsters would have been eliminated.
The health of Kraken was high which made it difficult to eliminate it in round 1.

Kulu Mastermind is a opportunity monsters, my plan was to use it and damage monster with small health in the lineup.
I knew it would take long for opponent's monsters to eliminate it because of 9 health.
Kulu Mastermind reached round 5 in this battle before it was eliminated, you could see that Deeplurker was eliminated before Kulu.
Therefore, it is advantageous to use monsters with high number of health when noxious fume.
Flying Squid

Speed: 2⚡⚡
Health: 8 ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️

Attack: Melee
Mana: 7
Flying Squid should have been using in the second position.
Flying Squid should have been in second position; it was my mistake, it shouldn't have been used in the third position.
If flying Squid was in second position, may be I would have win the game faster. It was eliminated in round 5.
Sea Monster

This was a monster I kept till last minute. I knew Sea monster would be the monster that would be defeated last in this battle.
Sea monster was the only monster that was left in my line in the last round; and it defeated Quora Towershead.
Deeplurker

Ability: Opportunity
Speed: 2⚡⚡
Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Armor: None
Attack: Melee

Deeplurker was brought into this battle to attack monsters with small health. The first monster Deeplurker attacked was Uraeus. It attacked Uraeus and damaged the armor of the monster.
By the second round, it attacked Thanalorian Blade and damaged the armor also. At the third round, it attacked Disintegrator and removed the holy protection. At round 4, it attacked Endless Ape and eliminated it. That was the end of Deeplurker; at the beginning of round 5, Deeplurker was eliminated.
Drybone Raider

Ability: Double strike and Shatter
Speed: 1⚡
Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Armor: 3=🪖🪖🪖
Attack: Range and Melee
Mana: 12
The feature of Drybone Raider that made me to pick it was shatter. My plan was against a monster with shield ability and armor. I knew that shatter would have destroyed all the armor.
In conclusion, this strategy worked out in this battle; I will try to use another strategy the next time noxious fume is given unto me.
