Hoy ha sido uno de esos días como pocos, pero que a su vez está lleno de lindos detalles, con momentos inolvidables.
Today has been one of those days like few others, but at the same time it is full of beautiful details, with unforgettable moments.
Todo comienza con el viaje que teníamos programado a Asunción (Capital de Paraguay), asistiríamos a un SUMMIT empresarial con capacitación. Iniciamos el día ya de una forma no esperada. La noche anterior coordinamos con una compañera que viajaría con nosotros para llegue en casa a las 05:30 am, en ese horario emprenderíamos viaje, como la noche anterior dormimos tarde, nuestro despertador fueron las llamadas de nuestra compañera que ya estaba en la puerta mientras que nosotros apenas abríamos los ojos. Pero en lugar de enojo o disgusto, lo tomamos humor y al final iniciamos viaje a las 06:30.
It all started with the trip we had planned to Asunción (Capital of Paraguay), where we were going to attend a business SUMMIT with training. We started the day in an unexpected way. The night before we coordinated with a colleague who would travel with us to arrive home at 5:30 am, at that time we would begin the trip. Since we slept late the night before, our alarm clock was the calls from our colleague who was already at the door while we were just opening our eyes. But instead of anger or displeasure, we took it as humor and in the end we began the trip at 6:30.
Super bien, solo que queríamos comprar chipa para el desayuno pero nos pasamos de largo, ya como a 120 km de viaje paramos en una estación de servicio a tomar café y allí nos encontramos con otro grupo de compañeros que se dirigían al mismo lugar, allí intercambiamos saludos y algunas palabras, despues de 15 minutos continuamos viaje.
Super good, except we wanted to buy chipa for breakfast but we went too far, about 120 km into the trip we stopped at a gas station to have coffee and there we met another group of companions who were heading to the same place, there we exchanged greetings and a few words, after 15 minutes we continued the trip.
Llegamos a Asunción a las 11:30 am y a las 13:00 iniciaba la acreditación al evento. Entonces fuimos a almorzar y allí nos encontramos con otros dos compañeros y compartimos el almuerzo, estábamos a 10 minutos del lugar del evento. Después del almuerzo nos dirigimos a cambiarnos de ropa y asistir al centro de de convenciones.
We arrived in Asunción at 11:30 am and at 1:00 pm the registration for the event began. So we went to lunch and there we met two other colleagues and we shared lunch, we were 10 minutes away from the event venue. After lunch we went to change clothes and go to the convention center.
Ya en el evento todo se puso muy bueno ya que hemos recibido capacitación de primer nivel y se realizaron los reconocimientos del año 2024, ha sido un momento muy emotivo. También lo interesante es que en estos eventos de Top Producers tenemos la posibilidad de realizar networking con personas que están mucho mas capacitadas en temas específicos como son los desarrollos inmobiliarios en Paraguay. Durante el eventos hubo capacitaciones, un excelente break, networking, notas, fotos y mucho mas.
At the event, everything was great, as we received top-level training and the 2024 awards were made. It was a very emotional moment. What is also interesting is that at these Top Producers events we have the opportunity to network with people who are much more trained in specific topics such as real estate developments in Paraguay. During the events there were training sessions, an excellent break, networking, notes, photos and much more.
Al finalizar el evento como a las 19:00 hs. nos encontramos con nuestras brokers para tener una cena juntos y hablar de la gran jornada que hemos vivido. Este también es un gran momento que que reflexionamos acerca de todo lo vivido y proponemos estrategias para implementarlo.
At the end of the event around 7:00 p.m. we met with our brokers to have dinner together and talk about the great day we had. This is also a great time to reflect on everything we experienced and propose strategies to implement it.
Ya para las 10:00 pm volvimos a emprender el viaje de regreso a casa, casi 350 km. Ya a mitad de camino me surgió cansancio y nos detuvimos en una estación de servicio, en un apartado oscuro para dormir, y dormimos 1 hora, ya renovados, tomamos un café y continuamos. para las 05:30 ya estábamos en Ciudad del Este.
By 10:00 pm we started the journey back home again, almost 350 km. Halfway there I got tired and we stopped at a gas station, in a dark corner to sleep, and we slept for 1 hour, already refreshed, we had a coffee and continued. By 05:30 we were already in Ciudad del Este.
La jornada ha sido intensa, un gran viaje para disfrutar de una excelente capacitación y nuevos recuerdos en nuestro historial.
It was an intense day, a great trip to enjoy excellent training and new memories in our history.
