In this blog I'll be introducing you to something fresh😆. While this post info may not be new to seasoned players, I believe it's very useful for new players still finding their way in the vast Splinterlands.
We all by now understand that the strategic selection of your summoner before battle is as important as it's monsters [if not even more important], as this can make all the difference between victory and defeat.
The combination of game play in the Modern format [bot free mode and most lucrative] comprises of the Chaos Legion, Dice Riftwatchers and Untamed edition which has provided us a fascinating twist due to complexities, I have delved deep into the potential of some summoners to show you an exceptional game-changer and on the go rulesets to engage them in that could turn the tide in your favor.
Here is insights on four popular and strong summoners and why they can be considered valuable assets in the game. I'll focus on each monster's abilities and rulesets that best suit them. Keep in mind that the effectiveness of these summoners can vary depending on certain factors. Here are four notable summoners I make sure to have on the go:
📌Description: Yodin Zaku is a highly sought-after Legendary Fire summoner in Splinterlands.
✅Abilities: He provides a +1 significant boost to the 
Range and 
Health of friendly monsters plus the 
Blast ability. This ability synergizes well with faster monsters, enabling them to deal additional damage to Monsters adjacent to the target locked enemy and potentially deplete enemy monsters health quickly.
✅Ruleset Compatibility: Yodin Zaku excels in rulesets that emphasize speed and attack order, such as 
Aim True,
Healed Out and 
Closed ranged where faster monsters can eliminate key threats before taking damage.
📜Why It's Valuable: Yodin Zaku's ability to enhance Range and Health can be game-changing in the right circumstances. Most especially the Blast ability the whole team gains allows your team to act decisively and control the battlefield.
💰Affordability: Yodin Zaku at Level 1 cost about 99$ for regular foil and $8,500 for Gold foil. While this may look even to me, I'm sure it'll skyrocket in price when the bull sets in. Renting cost about 300-400 DEC, you can easily go for that.
MYLOR CROWLING - THE ANTI MELEE
📌Description: Mylor Crowling is a popular Rare Earth Summoner known for his versatility.
✅Abilities: He possesses the 
Thorn ability which he grants all team monsters, when hit with a Melee attack, monsters doe damage back to the attacker.
✅Ruleset Compatibility: Mylor Crowling is a versatile choice, effective in various rulesets. But, he thrives in rulesets like 
Up-close & Personal, Healed Out and
Unprotected where it can apply strong melee damage.
📜Why It's Valuable: Mylor Crowling's unique ability as a summoner makes him a flexible and disruptive force on the battlefield.
💰Affordability: at level 1 is quite affordable, 4$ for regular card and 39$ for Gold foil. Now because of this cards usefulness, the price may triple soon. Renting also cost between 300-400 DEC per day.
📌Description: Chanseus the Great is a strong Life monster.
✅Abilities: He grants team with the 
Repair ability, 
Triage, and the ability to 
resurrect fallen monsters.
✅Ruleset Compatibility: Chanseus the Great thrives in rulesets like 
Weak Magic ruleset, the Repair ability proves to be an undeniable game-changer, healing your troops and making them even more resilient.
📜Why It's Valuable: His ability to defile death, ignore damage and protect is a game-changer.
💰Affordability: at level is also quite affordable, 32$ for regular card and 1999$ for Gold foil. Super expensive for Gold, but it is worth. Renting also cost between 400-500 DEC per day.
📌Description: Kelya Frendul is a valuable Water monster.
✅Abilities: Kelya Frendul's 
+1 speed and 
+1 defense shield, Kelya is a game-changer for melee lineups combined with ranged attacks. Her versatility, making her ideal for various playstyles, puts her on par with legendary summoners like Lux Vega. Her only differentiator is the +1 Health, making her the top pick for players looking for an all-around rare summoners.
✅Ruleset Compatibility: Kelya Frendul is effective in rulesets that emphasize healing, such as 
Little league, 
Standard and 
Silenced summoners to conserve mana where her healing abilities can turn the tide of battle.
📜Why It's Valuable: In the right ruleset, Kelya Frendul is a game-changer, as her healing and cleansing abilities can keep your team alive and resilient.
💰Affordability: at level 1 is super affordable, just 0.55$ for regular card and 4.9$ for Gold foil. Now because of this cards usefulness, the price may triple soon. Renting also cost between 50-200 DEC per day depending on rarity.
