I woke up this morning very weak, and I need to keep myself active for the rest of the day. I remember that my brother’s told me that cycling in the morning will help me stay active throughout the day. It has been a while since I wanted to exercise with my cycle. It is not cool to start a day very weak and tired. I need to go on exercise with my bike, but I don’t want to go alone. I have to wake my younger brother up for us to go on exercise with our bike.

For our body to be physically fit, we need exercise, and cycling is the best exercise to do because it will help reduce many health problems and challenges.

Cycling is very funny and enjoyable; it helps to stay healthy. It is one exercise that involves the whole body system. It helps us stay active. Cycling is a good way to kick off a day because it will help you be energised and active throughout the day.

Seriously, it was really funny. I never knew that doing exercise with a cycle was really funny. I don’t even know how the idea popped into my head this morning.

Health benefits of cycling.

Most people see people who cycle as people who are suffering, forgetting that cycling has health benefits. One thing about cycling is that when you're cycling, your whole body gets a workout.

It helps us to lose weight. Cycling will help you lose weight more, especially belly fat. cycling is always effective in reducing weight.

It helps to burn some cholesterol. Cycling is a good way to burn out cholesterol. We know that cholesterol is bad for our health.

One thing about cycling is that there is no age limit; both the old and the young can cycle. It is even very good for the elderly because it will help strengthen their legs and muscles. Check on old people who cycle and are always active.
mental health: it helps our mental health to be stable because it has an impact on our body and mind. When cycling, you are always in the right state of mind.
It will lack cardiovascular diseases.

Starting your day with cycling will help you stay positive and active during the day.

How long can someone cycle?

You should cycle for 30–40 minutes a day.

Cycling is very important. I will advise everyone to take out 30 minutes every day to cycle. Cycle is the only exercise that you have fun doing.
