Je me vois donc condamné pour "récupel", donc d'escroquerie. J'aurais profité d'une escroquerie, alors de quelle escroquerie s'agit-il ? Dieu donné et bien... une escroquerie mise en place par la société de production qui produit mes spectacles.
Cette société a effectivement loué une salle de réception près de Rennes pour y organiser une soirée théâtrale. Jusque-là, aucun problème. La soirée d'ailleurs s'est parfaitement déroulée sans encombre, comme à chaque fois d'ailleurs.
Un journaliste qui était présent a sorti un article expliquant que la propriétaire n'était pas réellement au courant, hein ? Que l'artiste principal de cette soirée serait Dieu donné... Voilà une sorte de petit échange qu'il aurait eu entre la propriétaire de la salle et ce journaliste qui a donné naissance à un article le lendemain.
La propriétaire ajouta d'ailleurs que tout s'est très bien passé, aucun problème. Elle voulait revenir et elle a précisé qu'elle ne porterait pas plainte parce que le journaliste lui a demandé : "Pourquoi porter plainte ? Hein ? Puisqu'elle a été payée et qu'à aucun moment la production n'a menti sur le contenu ? Non, on en a pas parlé alors donc il y a pas de mensonge. Pas d'escroquerie.
Hein ? Simplement c'est vrai que c'est une négligence de la part de cette propriétaire qui n'a pas demandé : "Quel artiste serait sur cette scène ?" Si fallait demander à chaque fois quand on loue des salles le nom des mariés, le prénom de la belle-mère, le groupe SIA... Tout casse.
En tout cas, le procureur de la République a lu cet article et a décidé de chef hein ? Et bien que peu importe qu'il y ait ou pas d'escroquerie de personnes ayant subi d'escroquerie, peu importe. Il faut qu'il y ait un escroc et il faut que cet escroc soit Dieu donné.
Alors en l'occurrence, moi, c'était pas possible puisque je n'avais aucun contact avec cette brave propriétaire. Donc l'escroc sera donc la société de production. Le jugement condamne donc la gérante de la société à 2 000 € d'amende.
Hein ? Ce même jugement précise que donc je ne suis pas moi Dieu donné l'escroc. Voilà, ça, ça, c'est sympa, mais c'est plus grave encore : je serais effectivement complice de cette escroquerie, enfin j'aurais bénéficié de cette escroquerie.
Tous les journaux qui disent que je suis un escroc déjà, c'est faux. C'est faux. Je par contre j'aurais profité effectivement de cette escroquerie commise par la société de production qui n'existe pas. Il n'a pas eu de... il a pas eu de mensonge mais bon il faut donc me condamner.
Donc j'ai été condamné à 8 000 €, c'est-à-dire quatre fois plus que la gérante de la société, c'est-à-dire celui qui a mis en place cette escroquerie qui encore une fois n'existe pas. Hei bien ! Nul doute que ce jugement unique fera jurisprudence encore une fois et sera enseigné dans les facultés de droit.
Ah ben j'ai l'habitude, j'ai tout un tas de spectateurs qui viennent voir je fais les études de droit. On a étudié Dieu donné la jurisprudence Dieu donné l'ordonance du Conseil d'État du 9 janvier 2014 et bien c'est pas terminé.

C'est pas moi qui suis interdit en tant que personne. Enfin, ils ne peuvent pas... c'est ce qu'il voudrait faire et donc par le biais de ce jugement inique, donc l'idée c'est évidemment de dire au SAL : 'Attention si vous, si vous acceptez de donner, c'est une escroquerie. Alors que bon les gens ont envie et les gens préfèrent en plus de ça ne pas mettre mon nom parce qu'ils disent : "Voà moi je je je loue ça pour des spectacles pour prêt", ils font ce qu'ils veulent parce que les gens ont envie de glisser de glisser des conels aussi dans le fion de l'État, dans le fion des préfectures.
