Hello, happy afternoon to all. I hope you are having a wonderful love and friendship day. This week our trainers did a pair workout in honor of friendship week, and that was very productive since the training partners are usually the ones who encourage us to complete the set of exercises, because many times we can't give any more.
Yesterday we closed the training week with a semi-competition set of exercises, as we formed pairs to test the resistance of the patterns in 40 minutes. The pair that withstood the time was the winner. Everyone really did great.
Then we celebrated friendship day with a very pleasant and fun sharing at the end of the evening. To further symbolize the special date, we dressed in red and pink, and in the center of the outdoor court, we enjoyed a very cool evening, amidst the gentle breeze of the night. We told jokes, anecdotes, and received beautiful surprises.
One of the things that I have always said about this group, and that makes me feel an excellent connection with them, is the value of friendship. The human quality in their hearts, and the ability they all have to practice empathy and solidarity, are just some of the characteristics that identify them.
We have a lot in common, supporting a friend, encouraging them when they can't go on, stimulating and pushing them to reach goals, grow, love, value themselves, and celebrate each other's achievements. Something that connects me even more, they are all protectionists and animal lovers.You can imagine the logistics and support when it comes to rescuing and protecting an animal.
Friendship is a word that encompasses as much or more than love, because it is knowing that we will always be there to reach out to a friend in need, no matter what the circumstance. This way I say goodbye until a new Daily Blog, thanks for visiting my blog.... happy weekend.

Hola, feliz tarde para todos. Espero que estén pasando un lindo día del amor y la amistad. Esta semana nuestras entrenadoras hicieron jornadas entre parejas en honor a la semana de la amistad, y eso fue muy productivo ya que las compañeras de entrenamiento suelen ser quienes nos animan para concretar el set de ejercicios, porque muchas veces ya no damos más.
Ayer cerramos la semana de entrenamientos con un set de ejercicios de semi competencia, ya que formamos parejas para probar la resistencia de las pautas en 40 minutos. La pareja que resistiera el tiempo, era la ganadora. Realmente todos lo hicieron de maravilla.
Luego festejamos el día de la amistad con un compartir muy ameno y divertido al final de la noche. Para simbolizar más la fecha tan especial, nos vestimos de rojo, y rosado, y en el centro de la cancha al aire libre, disfrutamos de una velada muy fresca, en medio de la suave brisa de la noche. Contamos chistes, anécdotas, y recibimos hermosas sorpresas.
Una de las cosas que siempre he manifestado de este grupo, y que me hace sentir una excelente conexión con él, es el valor de la amistad. La calidad humana existente en sus corazones, y la capacidad que poseen todos de practicar la empatía y la solidaridad, son apenas algunas de las características que los identifican.
Tenemos mucho en común, brindar apoyo a un amigo, darles ánimos cuando ya no pueden continuar, estimularlos e impulsarlos a alcanzar metas, crecer, amarse, valorarse, y celebrar los logros de los demás. Algo que me conecta aún más, todos son proteccionistas y amantes de los animales. Se podrán imaginar la logística y el apoyo cuando se trata de rescatar y proteger a un animalito.
La amistad es una palabra que abarca tanto o más que el amor, porque es saber que siempre vamos a estar ahí para tender la mano al amigo que nos necesita, cualquiera que sea la circunstancia. De esta manera me despido hasta un nuevo Daily Blog, gracias por visitar mi blog... feliz fin de semana.
