What I learnt Today...

Life is all about sorrows and happiness. We revolve around these events until death meets with its partner named Life. In either case, we should not forget our Humane Moral Values that makes us superior to everything on this planet.

"Participate joyfully in the sorrows of the world. We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy."

~ Joseph Campbell

Today when I was at home, I got the sad news about the road accident of my cousin from Faisalabad. After hearing this news, my body started shivering and it looked like there was no earth below my feet or Sky on my head. I was trying hard to breathe to evaluate the sadness that was piercing deep into my body but I failed, failed, and failed.

Without sharing this sad news with my mum, I decided to put pinpoint silence on my face and planned to travel towards my cousin's house alone. Before starting my journey, I called my aunt and confirmed the hospital where they were admitted. When everything was clear, I reached at local Bus Terminal and booked a bus ticket which was ready to depart for Faisalabad.

It was 3 hour traveling from Lahore to Faisalabad. After about 1.5 hours of traveling, the driver parked our bus at a restaurant for the refreshments of passengers. When we are afraid our body needs more glucose. To meet this glucose need and to relax my mind by decreasing adrenaline hormones, I ordered here half plat Biryani. I frequently avoid taking anything while travelling but today this refreshment was essential to save my life otherwise high adrenaline was enough to end my life.

When the above Biryani was served to me, I didn't make any hurry to take a single spoon of this meal. I did justice with myself and utilized my all five senses to measure its Quality. Finally, I concluded that there was a clear difference between its tricky look and its unhealthy ingredients. Moreover, I found this Biryani two or three days old. It is what most restaurants near roads served to us. I left it there and bought three Chocolate Candies to quench my thirst and to get relief from Hanger Pangs. "All that Glitters is not Gold" is just not a proverb, it is a big experience I found here.

Time was passing swiftly although it was boring. I was worried and the air around me was also playing it's negative role. I spent 3 hours travelling by bus and finally, I reached Faisalabad Hospital where my cousin was admitted. I asked the doctor about the severity and offered my help to my aunt financially and morally. We should help humanity if we can afford it independent of our closeness or relationship because humanity is a big relationship that connects us.

Final Thoughts

Time never remains the same. If there is happiness, there will be a time for sorrow. We need to keep ourselves calm in both conditions. We should play a positive role in society. We should help others when they need us badly. During my journey from my home to Faisalabad, I learned many precious lessons that I shared above. The last lesson, I learned was about the life of a man. My cousin was happy and played a wonderful cricket in Faisalabad a few days ago but today he was unable to stand and take medicine by himself. This is our reality and we should make ourselves ready for every painful moment. I have two types of grapes that strengthen my above sentences.

We should learn about the twists of life. If we are sad, we should remember the time when we are happy. Hence we should thank God rather than complain to Him about our difficulties. It was all about my tiresome day that ended with many lessons.
