Our goal is to provide a gourmet experience at an affordable cost and it often happens that when we talk about gourmet food, that goes hand in hand with a high cost and it does not necessarily have to be so, but the formula is not so simple, so it took a lot to reformulate recipes to suit the cost but without losing the intention and quality.
Nuestro objetivo es brindar una experiencia gourmet a un costo accesible y es que suele pasar que cuando se habla de comida gourmet, eso va de la mano con un alto costo y no necesariamente tiene que ser asi, pero la formula no es tan sencilla, asi que costó bastante reformular recetas que se adecuaran a los costos pero que no perdieran la intención y la calidad
It has been days of looking for prices to be able to get the costs out and to make and reformulate recipes, but it has been worth it as we have good recipes that will give good products. We have also thought about the wrappings, which are out of the ordinary and we have come to an agreement.
Han sido días de buscar precios para poder sacar los costos y hacer y reformular recetas, pero ha valido la pena ya que tenemos buenas recetas que daran buenos productos. También hemos pensado en los envoltorios, que sean fuera de serie y llegamos a un acuerdo
We still have some testing to do but we have made a lot of progress.

We have also been looking for kitchen items that are suitable for now for the recipes we are going to make, I prefer silicone items as they are not prone to store moisture and bacteria like wooden items, hygiene and safety in the kitchen is of utmost importance.
También hemos estado buscando articulos de cocina que se adecuen por ahora a las recetas que vamos a hacer, prefiero artículos de silicona ya que no son propensas a guardar humedad y bacterias como los articulos de madera, la higiene e inocuidad en la cocina es de suma importancia
When we start testing or when we start to work I will document it to show you our products. I'm really excited about the idea of starting soon, it's something I've been looking forward to for a long time, to start my own business, to not work for anyone else and just make sacrifices for my own project.
Cuando iniciemos las pruebas o cuando ya empecemos a trabajar lo documentaré para mostrarles nuestros productos. La verdad estoy muy emocionada con la idea de empezar pronto, es algo que he estado esperando desde hace mucho, empezar con mi propio negocio, ya no trabajarle a nadie más y solo hacer sacrificios por mi propio proyecto
