Day break Africa, it is another humid day in the Northernmost capital of Ghana, Tamale.
I said my dawn prayers at 5:10am and jogged to the gym to do some weight training.
I had missed a number of days so I had to find a way to maintain my current lifting capacity.
I arrived at the gym at around 5;50am and started my routine.
Today was chest and shoulders day so I had to do bench press and pull ups.
The pull-ups was 10 reps each and the number of sets was 10. For todays bench press was focused on strength training .
So I loaded the bar to 62kg(136lbs) and 10 sets of 5 reps. I finished training around 7:00am.
I got back home around 7:15am, took a shower, took a breakfast of porridge and sped off to work.
Today I was assigned to input data for onto the District H ealth Information Management System (DHIMS).
This data consisted of the number of people tested and treated for certain diseases like malaria, tuberculosis, chickenpox, polio, hepatitis and so on.
It was really educating interacting with the system.
At noon after prayers, I took my usual lunch of beans and plantain.
I closed from work around 4pm and headed straight home.
After supper, I went to the football center to watch the champions league match between Real Madrid and Liverpool.
The game was intense with Madrid taking most of the possession.
The game ended 1-0 in favour of Madrid, hence beating Liverpool 6-2 in aggregate.
The day was really exhausting.
Thanks for your time.
