Hello friends @dailybog community. It's your humble girl offcourse @happy080. How has your day been? I hope you are all alive and thriving.? Wishing you all round good health and lots of love❤️
Since the last continuous assessment test for the special children, the school has resume normal classes but occasionally teachers gives out home tasks and class evaluations to know how well the children are grounded in the previous knowledge before moving ahead to the next subject.
Children are well settled in their various classes and participating in their varieties of tasks given by their class instructors.
Just yesterday, after taken the children to their various classes, I made sure they were all seated and involved with what the instructors are teaching and initiating. I also made sure they were writing from either the marker board or the text books. Seeing that they were synced (so to speak) into the learning mood, I then head back to the management office, where I was initially needed, to attend to other pressing matters that concerns the special children.
On my way to the management office, passing through the quiet corridor, quiet because the children are in their classrooms receiving lectures. You can almost hear the sound of a falling pin as it makes it way to the ground.
The corridor was so calm and peaceful enough that I could not help but notice the captivating chart board that was hung on the school passage walls and the inscriptions on them was also intriguing as well.
I am a lover of art, so I was pleased with the way one of the chart was so colourful and suits the environment for learning.
I was especially drawn to a particular chart that says:
"HE WHO OPENS A SCHOOL DOOR CLOSES A PRISON" (BY VICTOR HUGO)
Education is indeed the best gift we can actually give to our children and every kid as well. Education helps one to be responsible and @aliveandthriving and sensible. Education in extension, basically keeps a person away from illegal endeavors and bad business dealings which can actually keep a person away from the prison house.
EDUCATION IS INDEED THE BEST POLICY
I was impressed by the cartoon-like art display because it looked funny but conveyed a very important message. So I decided to try out my art skills in the art studio by drawing the cartoon portrait.
HERE IS HOW I THRIVED IN MY ART DRAWINGS AT THE SCHOOL STUDIO
So after I was through with my drawings. The art work was given to the art master at the studio and was placed among the school chart on the wall where we specifically have art corners.
So right now the children are all preparing for the one week mid term break. The children have worked so hard, they really do deserve the rest. Maybe go on a vacation or picnic, visit a relative or go over to a family house that's not in town. Another option is a sleep over, maybe at a friend's or another close member of the family. What ever the case may be. The most important thing is that the children should actually Live to enjoy their young and beautiful life with their love ones and actually have a long sleep without rushing to wake and prepare for school. The children deserve the mid-term rest and I actually do need some restful getaways. A place I can basically have a peaceful relaxation and actually breath.
The children living in the hostel have all packed and are really ready to leave school for their sweet homes.
I am happy for them and for myself as well.
Thank you friends @dailyblog community. I remain your humble girl @happy080. Open for better improvement and good thrivings. Stay happy and keep thriving. Love you all. Always ❤️
