ADULTS PHYSICAL FITNESS: specific facts you'll want to know about physical fitness.

Nowadays as we all know everyone wants to be fit, curvy especially the ladies and the guys need this six packs stuff. Can someone explain what that stuff means like… .🥹🥹
Okay to the main topic ya all… to be fit entails a whole lot of things., It's not only about body shape, glwing skin , big butt, big boobs and all that stuff.
It involves an individual to be mentally, socially, physically and spiritual stable, complete and comfortable. In a technical sense, physical fitness can be viewed as a measure of the body's strength, stamina and flexibility. In a more meaningful personal terms, fitness is a reflection of your ability to work with vigor and pleasure, without undue fatigue, with energy left for enjoying hobbies and recreational activities and for meeting unforseen emergencies… … It's also how you look and feel because the body is not a compartment separate from the mind, it relates to how you feel mentally as well as physically.
Physical fitness is many faceted. Basic to it are;
. Proper nutrition
. Adequate rest and relaxation
. Good health practices
. Good mental and dental care.
But these are not enough. An essential elements is physical activity -exercise for a body that needs it. The next topic on my list is; why is exercise important to the body and everyone i talking about staying healthy and looking ever young?

             WHY EXERCISE?

Here is the reason health care professionals mostly talk about regular exercise. The human body contains more than 600 muscles;overall it is more than half muscle. Muscles make possible every overt motion, they also help push down food along the digestive tract, suck air into the lungs, tighten blood vessels to raise blood pressure when you need more pressure to meet an emergency.
Furthermore, technological advancement have changed our way of living, have made strenuous exercise largely unnecessary. Buh you see the needs of the human body has not changed. Muscles are meant to be used and when not in used it deteriorate. If we are habitually inactive, if we succumb to easy living… . We pay the price in decreased efficiency. Conviction is not he observation by a former president of the American medical association. “It begins to appear that exercise is the master conditioner for the healthy and the major therapy for all illness" . Periodic health examination and fitness programs, which have been recently aimed largely at children, are even more necessary for adults.

      BENEFITS OF  EXERCISE 

. Increased strength, endurance and coordination
. Increase Joint flexibility
. Reduction of minor aches
. Correction of remediable postural effects.
. Improvement in general appearance etc.

    EXERCISE AND THE HEART ❤️

The old fashioned idea that exercise may be bad for the heart has been shown to be without scientific foundation. Not only that, it has been proved that appropriate exercise strengthens the heart.
One heart scientist has commented”the best insurance against coronary heart diseases is exercise. - lots of it. This is evidenced that exercise promotes development of supplement blood vessels in which can take over the burden of nourishing the heart muscles when the coronary artery is blocked in a heart attack.

             EXERCISE AND AGING 

There is strong authoritative support for the concept that regular exercise can help prevent degenerative diseases and slow down the physical deterioration that accompanies aging.
