Happy Tuesday hive people and friends of Daily Blog, infinite blessings to all of you, I hope you are healthy and happy. I have already started the week full of many activities and challenges, as you know, I travel with my baby every day 40 minutes to take her to her place of study.
According to what I told you from the beginning, this would be a new challenge that we would have to face, because life always brings its sudden and we must be active to solve them. Today I had a math test first thing in the morning, and then we were just late. Our car woke up with the spark plugs and brake pads out of order, we left the house so that she could get to school on time and her dad and I could solve the issue.
Feliz martes gente colmena y amigos de Daily Blog, infinitas bendiciones para todos, espero que se encuentren sanos y felices. Ya he comenzado la semana llena de muchas actividades y retos, cómo ya saben, viajo con mi nena todos los días 40 minutos para poderla llevar a su lugar de estudio.
Según los que les comenté desde un inicio, esto sería un nuevo reto que tendríamos que afrontar, porque la vida siempre trae sus de repente y debemos estar activos para solventarlos. Hoy tenía un examen de matemáticas a primera hora, y entonces justo llegamos tarde. Nuestro auto amaneció en desperfecto con las bujías y las pastillas de freno., cómo pudimos salimos de casa para que ella llegara a tiempo al liceo y su papá y yo, pudiéramo resolver el tema.
The spark plug failure came all the way giving us headaches, but the brake failure was worse a total stress, we went to the mechanic shop and asked to have it checked and we were surprised by the bad condition this system was in. The guys at the workshop began their work immediately and removed the brake pads that were all worn, they got the plunger out, one of the pins of the clamp had jammed and had to take it off in the press with a blowtorch to remove it, when this happens the mechanics say that this way the pads wear faster. The overhaul also revealed a loose shock absorber.
La falla de bujía vino todo el camino dándonos dolores de cabeza, pero la de frenos estaba peor un total estrés, nos fuimos al taller mecánico y pedimos que le hicieran una revisión y nos sorprendió el mal estado en el que este sistema se encontraba. Los chicos del taller comenzaron su trabajo de inmediato y sacaron las pastillas de freno que estaban todas desgastadas, consiguieron el émbolo afuera, uno de los pasadores de la mordaza se había trancado y tuvieron que despegarlo en la prensa con soplete para poder sacarlo, cuando ésto sucede dicen los mecánicos que así se desgasta ma rápido las pastillas. En la revisión también se evidenció un amortiguador flojo.
I had no choice but to buy the brake pads and a rubber band so that the mechanics could do their job and put my car in daily driving conditions. If I waited for it today I had an additional expense of $30 that was not in the budget.
So we spent the whole morning trying to resolve the situation and then pick up the girl from school and return home.
***How can it be like this, when we have to travel every day to study and work?
Well, we bought new brake pads, they adjusted the other parts, but the spark plugs are still on hold because the budget was not enough, here in Venezuela if you solve one thing others have to wait.
No me quedo de otra que al encontrar todo este desastre, comprar las pastillas de freno y una liga para que pudieran los mecánicos hacer su trabajo y poner mi carro en condiciones de viaje diario. Si esperarlo hoy tuve un gasto adicional de 30$ que no estaban en el presupuesto.
Así pasamos toda la mañana tratando de resolver la situación para luego buscar a niña a la escuela y poder regresarnos a casa
Cómo puede estar esto así, cuando hay que viajar todos los días para estudiar y trabajar?
Pues compramos nuevas pastillas, ajustaron las demás piezas , pero las bujías aún están en espera puesto que el presupuesto no alcanzó, aquí en Venezuela si resuelves una cosa otras deben esperar .
