I don’t know who made the rules that weekend are for cleaning and general sanitation it your girl @onize27.
Growing up in a average Nigeria home we looked forward to weeks with mixed feelings, the thought of not going to school the next day being Saturday was really exciting, having to sleep till the run rises, than having to wear our Sunday best to church on Sunday, for that moment we tend to not think about the general cleanup that comes with Saturday.
I refused to be in bed till day break completely because it was Saturday and I had a number of things to do which started with washing, I really didn’t realized that I had that much laundry to do till I was done sorting out the dirty ones, it was a good thing I got up early to start if not I won’t have had space to lay out my clothes to dry, 
I spent not less that three hours washing and when I was done washing, on a normal day i would be very tired but for reason i had the strength so I moved to the kitchen. For more than a month i this space hasn’t really been in used and i have been procrastinating cleaning up the kitchen because it now had new occupants, yes cockroaches I guess there is a strength that comes with Saturday I emptied the kitchen sprayed it with Insecticide disposed of things I didn’t need anymore than I washed all my dishes both clean and dirty.
Than the toilet was next it wasn’t really dirty but what is a general cleanup Without cleaning everywhere including a not so duty toilet.After that i moved to the room change the bad sheets, changing of bedsheets to me isn’t even a clean up thing I think it something that should be done every weekend.
After changing my bad sheets swept the house completely and than moved on to mopping than I remember I was yet to fix my dressing table for a moment I was stressed out because that means i would have to sweep again but anyways i had to do it, than I swept one last time.
when I got the fridge i remembered I had spilled something in it the night before and I didn’t really clean clean I just did a little something so i emptied the fridge and cleaned it up.
I moved back to my now emptied kitchen swept mopped and rearranged it back to how it used to be I felt really proud of myself when I saw the outcome of how beautiful my kitchen now like and cockroaches free I hoped
Than I want to check up on my clothes the picked the ones that where dried and the ones that where on the ground I picked them return the ones that needed to be returned to the line and the ones that where dried I carried them inside with me, the next problem is folding them into there places I would need prayers for that to happen anytime soon, I can’t be the only one who hate folding clothes.
It was already past lunch so i had a snack at this point i was already too tried to cook so i had to pay to have my water refilled cause our waters been having issues for a while. When i was completely done with all I had to do except folding my cloth i I decided to just relax, and if I was asked on a scale of one to ten how productive was my day I would say a hundred 😂
