The Upcoming Basudani Festival in Our Town: The Colorful Banderitas and the Amazing Local Band Performing Every Night in Plaza

Right after the New Year's celebration, our mayor began the planning and started putting the colorful Banderitas here in Poblacion Bansud, a sign that the town's fiesta is about to take place, the Basudani Festival. Everyone is excited, including me and my family. There are a lot of fun events and programs prepared for that very day, so everyone is already looking forward to it. Our municipality's Facebook page already posted the schedule and even the artist that's coming on the day of the fiesta. I'm sure Plaza de Bansud will be filled with people again that came from the neighboring town.

This is the day they first put up these Banderitas. I'm about to buy our breakfast when this sight greeted me. It's a beautiful sight for us, it can make us feel that festive vibe here in Bansud. The weather that day is still really good, but these past few weeks we've been experiencing gloomy weather with the rain. I am thankful, though with this kind of weather, I really hope, on the day of the Basudani Festival, they'll bless us with good weather, I really want to watch the Street Dancing.

Anyways, every night in Plaza de Bansud, there's a live band playing and singing in there. They are called Morada's Band, and with all the trending songs they sing, it is livelier in there. We witnessed them sing and play the other night, and the singer has a really nice voice.

Everyone is vibing and really happy, even the kids, dancing and jumping when the vocalist sings. This is one of the fun sides when Fiesta is approaching. It is not just a one-time event, but it will start as early as December. I mean, with how close the dates are for Christmas and New Year, it's just to be expected.

I watched how people enjoy the live band, it's a wonderful sight. For sure those people who visit the park for enjoyment truly enjoy it. I mean, a live band? Accompanied with the colorful lights everywhere, the benches that are a perfect spot to have a date, and that manmade lagoon where everyone can rent a boat and paddle while listening to a live song - perfect right?

Here's that manmade lagoon in Bansud, by the way. Look at all the people paddling on a little boat. I'm so jealous, I also want to experience this again. I was in high school when I last experienced this with my classmates. I mean, I can't really do it with Mama, hahaha. I think it'll be hilarious if we rent one of the boats. We are both not good at paddling, lolol.

Ah, and you know what's another the best thing to do when listening to a live band? It's to eat some hot porridge that just got out from the pot. Like this \(^o^)/. Our night is complete because of this. And with the right seasonings, making it into your desired hot porridge and all. It has boiled egg, by the way, and chicken. I also put Calamansi, chili oil, fried garlic, and fish sauce into it, making it the way I want it. It's the best. It's more perfect because it's really cold that night.

It's another best night for me and mama.
