Greetings dear hives and friends of #dailyblog, today I want to share with you an experience that I fully enjoyed at the Parque Costa Azul Mall. I hope your day is full of emotions and surprises, just like mine.
I left home early, as usual, greeting life with a smile and thanking for the good weather that always accompanies us. My path took me through the tunnel of oak trees, a place that I adore and that always connects me with nature, that's why I never tire of mentioning it and showing it to you, in my tours.
Saludos queridos hives y amigos de #dailyblog, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que disfruté plenamente en el Centro Comercial Parque Costa Azul. Espero que su día esté lleno de emociones y sorpresas, al igual que el mío.
Salí de casa temprano, como de costumbre, saludando a la vida con una sonrisa y agradeciendo por el buen clima que siempre nos acompaña. Mi camino me llevó a través del túnel de robles, un lugar que adoro y que siempre me conecta con la naturaleza, por eso no me canso de mencionarlo y mostrarselos, en mis recorridos.
When I arrived at the bank that was my destination, where I had to carry out the usual formalities, everything flowed satisfactorily, my husband needed to withdraw cash, so I took advantage of when he went to pick me up, to withdraw cash from the ATM.
Al llegar al banco que era mi destino, donde tenía que realizar las gestiones habituales, todo fluyó satisfactoriamente, mi esposo necesitaba sacar efectivo, así que aprovecho cuando fue a buscarme, para retirar efectivo del cajero.
While he was making the transaction, my attention was drawn to a new exhibit in the central hall, right in front of the entrance with the name "Oak". There, architecture students from the Santiago Mariño School of Technology had created clay sculptures, cold painted, under the guidance of their professors.
Mientras él realizaba la transacción, me llamó la atención una nueva exposición en el salón central, justo frente a la entrada que tiene el nombre “Roble”. Allí, estudiantes de arquitectura de la Escuela Tecnológica Santiago Mariño habían creado esculturas en arcilla, pintadas al frío, bajo la asesoría de sus profesores.
Each piece was carefully painted and represented an important part of Venezuelan culture. Among the outstanding works:
1. El Araguaney: Representing the national tree, this sculpture captured the beauty and vitality of this species that blooms in a burst of yellow during the spring.
Cada pieza estaba detalladamente pintada y representaba una parte importante de la cultura venezolana. Entre las obras destacadas:
1. El Araguaney: Representando el árbol nacional, esta escultura capturaba la belleza y vitalidad de esta especie que florece en un estallido de amarillo durante la primavera.
2. The Orchid: National flower was also present in one of the pieces. The delicacy of the petals and their elegance were a tribute to the diversity of the Venezuelan flora.
2. La Orquídea: Flor nacional también estaba presente en una de las piezas. La delicadeza de los pétalos y su elegancia eran un homenaje a la diversidad de la flora venezolana.
3. Angel Falls: The majesty of the highest waterfall in the world was captured in a beautiful clay doll. Student Adriana López managed to capture the essence of this iconic place.
3. El Salto Ángel: La majestuosidad de la cascada más alta del mundo se plasmaba en una linda muñeca de arcilla. La estudiante Adriana López logró capturar la esencia de este icónico lugar.
4. Macaws: The explosion of colors of these tropical birds was reflected in another painting by student Luisana Alcalá. The vitality and joy conveyed by the macaws were captured in every detail.
4. Guacamayas: La explosión de colores de estas aves tropicales se reflejaba en otra pintura, elaborada por la estudiante Luisana Alcalá. La vitalidad y la alegría que transmiten las guacamayas quedaban plasmadas en cada detalle.
5. The Toucan: Another of Venezuela's emblematic birds found its representation in the work of student Victoria Marcano. The toucan, with its characteristic beak, seemed about to take flight.
5. El Tucán: Otra de las aves emblemáticas de Venezuela encontró su representación en la obra de la estudiante Victoria Marcano. El tucán, con su pico característico, parecía a punto de emprender el vuelo.
Each clay doll had its own nuance and personality, and it was impressive to appreciate the creativity and inspiration of these young architects. I enjoyed this exhibit immensely and wanted to share it with all of you.
Cada muñeca de arcilla tenía su propio matiz y personalidad, y fue impresionante apreciar la creatividad y la inspiración de estos jóvenes arquitectos. Disfruté enormemente de esta exposición y quise compartirla con todos ustedes.
In short, Venezuelan culture was manifested in these sculptures, and their beauty reminded us of the richness of this beautiful country. I hope you enjoyed this brief chronicle and I invite you to continue exploring and appreciating the art that surrounds us.
