πͺπΈ ~ Ayer regresando a casa despuΓ©s de la reuniΓ³n familiar de aΓ±o nuevo, ya me habΓan avisado de una emergencia con una camada de gatitos prematuros.
El asunto no se solucionΓ³ en el transcurso del dΓa cuando yo estaba al otro lado de la ciudad, desde la maΓ±ana recibΓ muchos mensajes de una vecina preocupada por los bebΓ©s, eso me afectΓ³ mucho.
Estoy triste. Deduzco que la pirotecnia de aΓ±o nuevo alterΓ³ tanto a la mamΓ‘ que entrΓ³ en labor de parto antes de tiempo y lamentablemente, otra vez, hay muchos niΓ±os sin supervisiΓ³n adulta que toman a los bebΓ©s gatitos como juguetes...
Ayer por la tarde pude resguardarlos en una cajita y ocultarlos en una jardinera de un Γ‘rea comΓΊn donde sΓ© que siempre estaba su mamΓ‘, hay muchas moscas por el ambiente hΓΊmedo y los niΓ±os dejaron a los gatitos en una zona demasiado expuesta... su estado no esta bien, estΓ‘n sufriendo y me siento mal porque se trata de bebΓ©s pequeΓ±os con dolor.
Acabo de entrar a la casa despuΓ©s de aplicarles un medicamento tΓ³pico y espero que su partida de regreso a la luz sea rΓ‘pida, pero mientras tanto, me siento fatigada y tengo la mente revuelta porque no dejo de pensar en ellos.
Hace un rato limpiando archivos de la computadora me encontrΓ© con una carpeta de "cosplans" resiente, de esas que haces de madrugada mientras buscas en Pinterest referencias de un viejo anime.
Y bueno, quisiera apalear un poco esta angustia que siento, hablando-escribiendo sobre un tema que siempre me alegra aunque sea solo planificando.
De alguna manera planificar siempre me reconforta, lo considero como un regalo para mi yo del futuro, ese yo que tendrΓ‘ tiempo de sentarse en la mΓ‘quina de coser y encontrarΓ‘ una carpeta repleta de referencias y explicaciones, una yo del futuro que encontrarΓ‘ la tarea a medio hacer y no deberΓ‘ empezar desde cero...
Mientras tanto, la yo del presente aprovecha el rush de inspiraciΓ³n, que nunca se sabe cuΓ‘nto va a durar.
πΊπΈ ~ Yesterday, when I returned home from the New Year's family gathering, I had already been notified of an emergency with a litter of premature kittens.
The matter was not resolved during the day while I was on the other side of town, as in the morning I received many messages from a neighbor worried about the babies, which affected me very much.
I am sad. I suspect that the New Year's fireworks upset the mother so much that she went into premature labor, and unfortunately there are again many children without adult supervision who take the baby kittens as toys...
Yesterday afternoon I was able to protect them in a small box and hide them in a planter in a common area where I know their mother was always, there are many flies because of the humid environment and the children left the kittens in too exposed an area... their condition is not good, they are suffering and I feel bad because they are little babies in pain.
I just went into the house after applying topical medication and hope their departure back into the light is quick, but in the meantime I feel tired and my mind is confused because I keep thinking about them.
A while ago, while cleaning files off the computer, I came across a folder of resent "cosplans", the kind you make in the wee hours of the morning while searching Pinterest for references to an old anime.
And well, I would like to alleviate some of the anguish I feel by talking-writing about a subject that always cheers me up, even if it is just planning.
Somehow planning always comforts me, I see it as a gift to my future self, the self that will have time to sit at the sewing machine and find a binder full of references and explanations, a future self that will find the task half done and not have to start from scratch...
Meanwhile, the present me is taking advantage of the rush of inspiration that never knows how long it will last.

Yukari, de "The Demon Prince of Momochi House" ~ Como siempre, mi selecciΓ³n parte desde el diseΓ±o, y en este caso Yukari es un personaje con una paleta de color impresionante, nunca he hecho un traje color celeste caro sΓ³lido y esos guantes de mano descubierta son muy atractivos. BΓ‘sicamente es una yutaka masculina pero el obi tiene un diseΓ±o interesante y estoy ansiosa por e contraste de su color rojo-vino tinto, con e traje celeste y ese cabello lila.
Yukari, by "The Demon Prince of Momochi House" ~ As always, my selection starts with the design, and in this case Yukari is a character with an impressive color palette, I've never done an expensive solid light blue suit, and those bare hand gloves are very attractive. She's basically a male Yutaka, but the obi has an interesting design and I'm looking forward to the contrast of her red-wine-red color with the light blue suit and the lilac hair.
La HeroΓna, de "Amnesiaβ’: Memories" ~ Un anime que nunca vΓ y tengo en a larga lista de pendientes; basado en un juego otome, la "heroΓna" no tiene nombre, tu le colocas el nombre al inicio del juego. Este personaje tiene varios conjuntos de ropa muy lindos y quisiera confeccionar algo cΓ³modo de usar pero elegante, nada pretencioso, y que queda en un bolso de mano. Puntos extras por ese hermoso peinado.
The Heroine, from "Amnesiaβ’: Memories" ~ An anime I've never seen and have on a long to-do list; based on an otome game, the "heroine" has no name, you name her at the beginning of the game. This character has several cute outfits, and I'd like to put together something comfortable to wear, but elegant, not pretentious, and fits in a purse. Bonus points for the nice hairstyle.

Abe no Masahiro, de "ShΕnen OnmyΕji series" ~ Un personaje que siempre he amado y que jamΓ‘s sacarΓ© de mi lista de cosplans; recientemente me enterΓ© que tuvo varias actualizaciones en su versiΓ³n novela. La adaptaciΓ³n al anime es una de mis favoritas al igual que su OST. De este traje me gusta su diseΓ±o multicapas holgado y en rojo sΓ³lido. TambiΓ©n tiene muchos pequeΓ±os accesorios interesantes como los guantes, el rosario budista, talismanes, y adoro que su peinado sea sencillo.
Abe no Masahiro, from "ShΕnen OnmyΕji series" ~ A character I have always loved and will never take off my cosplay list; I recently learned that he had several updates in his novel version. The anime adaptation is one of my favorites as well as her OST. What I like about this costume is its loose, multi-layered design in solid red. It also has a lot of interesting little accessories like the gloves, Buddhist rosary, talismans, and I love that her hairstyle is simple.

Mumei/Hozumi, de "Koutetsujou no Kabaneri" ~ Un reto que quiero asumir over 9999. Si creΓas que los mecanismos en SNK eran geniales, yo prefiero el que usa este personaje, es complejo y de diseΓ±o muy comprimido lleno de vΓ‘lvulas lo que le da un aire innegable de steampunk. En varios sentidos se sale de mi zona de confort, la falta es demasiado corta y el calzado es bajo, pero tengo ya planificado la manera de solucionar eso respetando el diseΓ±o original. Este diseΓ±o es imponente con tantos detalles y cada parte es muy protagonista; el esfuerzo valdrΓ‘ la pena.
Mumei/Hozumi, from "Koutetsujou no Kabaneri" ~ A challenge I want to take on about 9999. If you thought the mechanisms in SNK were cool, I prefer the one this character uses, it's a complex and very compressed design full of valves, which gives it an undeniable steampunk feel. In some ways it is out of my comfort zone, the foul is too short and the shoes are too low, but I have already planned a way to fix that while respecting the original design. This design is stunning with so many details and each part is very much in the spotlight; the effort will be worth it.

Nova, de "Magic Knight Rayearth" ~ De Nova aun no estoy 100% segura. Todo en su diseΓ±o me gusta pero yo tengo muchas curvas y ese enterizo no se quΓ© tan revelador se vea en persona. Quiza lo haga solo para fotografΓas o quiza consiga una versiΓ³n diferente que se adapte a lo que necesito. Amo su cabello exagerado y sus enormes orejas.
Nova, by "Magic Knight Rayearth" ~ I'm not 100% sure about Nova yet. I like everything about her design, but I have a lot of curves, and I don't know how revealing that bodysuit is in person. Maybe I'll just do it for pictures or maybe I'll get a different version that fits what I need. I love her exaggerated hair and huge ears.
Oh, esta nota me ha servido para recordar lo mucho que me gusta patronar. Creo que pasare el dΓa haciendo algunos bocetos.
BΓ‘sicamente soy el gif de Homero imaginando lo genial que serΓ‘ cuando pueda salir a comprar los materiales de cada uno y sentarme a fabricarlos.
Actualmente para este mes tengo la meta de bajar 4KG para volver a mi peso ideal antes de cortar cualquier tela de forma definitiva.
Espero todos estΓ©n pasando un lindo jueves, yo me siento un poco mejor π΅ β€οΈβπ©Ή aunque sigo luchando con las ganas de ir a ver cΓ³mo estan los gatitos.
Oh, that note reminded me how much I love to sketch. I think I'm going to spend the day sketching.
I'm basically Homer's gif imagining how cool it will be when I can go out and buy the materials for each one and sit down to make them.
Currently my goal for this month is to lose 4KG to get back to my ideal weight before I cut any fabric for good.
Hope everyone is having a nice Thursday, I'm feeling a little better π΅ β€οΈβπ©Ή although I'm still fighting the urge to go check on the kittens.
