"One Thing You Wish To Change About Yourself"
We all have that one or more things we wish to change about ourselves, it could be a mindset, it could be dress sense, it could be a character or anything.
Every week the Hive-Reachout community always engage us the newbies and i want to thank God for the administrators of the community for giving us opportunity daily to grow in the Hive community. I will be sharing my experience and i hope it blesses and encourage someone out there.
WHAT I WISH TO CHANGE ABOUT MYSELF.
As I look back on my life, I realize that there's one thing I wish to change about myself: my tendency to be overly self-critical.
Sometimes, I'm too hard on myself. I focus on my mistakes and weaknesses, and I forget to celebrate my strengths and accomplishments. This negative self-talk can be draining and hold me back from reaching my full potential.
I wish to change this because I believe that self-compassion is essential for happiness and growth. When I'm kind to myself, I'm more confident, resilient, and open to learning daily.
To make this change, I've started practicing self-care and positive affirmations. I remind myself that everyone makes mistakes and that it's okay not to be perfect.
I always remind myself that im fearfully and wonderful made by my creator and no one can be me.
I've also surrounded myself with supportive people who encourage me to be kind to myself. Their positive energy is contagious, and it's helping me to develop a more compassionate mindset towards growing and achieving my full potentials.
Finally, changing my tendency to be overly self-critical is a journey, but it's one that's worth taking. By practicing self-compassion and surrounding myself with positive influences, I'm becoming a happier, more confident person than i use to be daily.
This year 2025 I'm seriously working on this part if me to ensure i attend to all that i have to by believing on myself that it's okay to fail. When i fail is not a crime. I will keep trying anf i know i will succeed.
Thank you.
