The word forgetfulness is not a new word anymore because everyday human beings go through alot maybe not frequently but often times and we tends to feel like something is missing. Well it's natural to forget and sometimes it's not, but there are things we can actually do to help out while this forgetfulness occurs.
Frustration: a lot of individuals today go through frustration it could be physically, emotionally, intellectually etc and people tend to forget what they actually wanted to do because they're not physically, emotionally, intellectually okay and it ends up affecting their day to day life as human beings if care is not taken.
The effect of Forgetfulness it's a serious issue today in our society it's could be both young and old that experience this kind of natural or unnatural phenomenon. It is a natural process that occurs when our brains fail to retain information or recall memories. However, when forgetfulness becomes a frequent occurrence, it can have important effects on our daily lives, relationships and well-being.
-What causes forgetfulness in human life?
Lack of sleep. Not getting enough sleep is perhaps the greatest unappreciated cause of forgetfulness. So sleeping is very paramount for every human.
Medications. some blood pressure drugs and other medications can affect memory, usually by causing sedation or confusion. That can make it difficult to pay close attention to new things. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you suspect that a new medication is taking the edge off your memory. Alternatives are usually available, not taking the appropriate medication can also can bring about confusion. Please always consult the appropriate pharmacy or health care facilities for the betterment of your metal health.

Eating healthy food. It's helps in building the body organs and it's brings relaxation to not just the body but to the brain too. Eg water helps a lot in the human system. Eating right is knowing what to eat and what to not, there are food we eat because we crave them and know they're bad and not good for our system but still end up eating them and they end up affecting our health because of our negligence of disease no dey kill African. Las las African dey die of health issues too lol. Health is wealth so treat your health as a priceless jewel.
So whenever you feel you're becoming too forgetful? Visit any health facilities near by and when i mean health facilities, I mean the good ones not some road side health facilities. Have a conversation with your doctor to know what's causing the forgetfulness and the doctor would know what to do.
