Firstly, I must confess that I'm in love with all the topics, I'm seeing every week in this community, I mean those topics are way ward, very interesting.. that's by the way .
When I saw this topic , how do you manage your Anger, I was like wow.
You see this thing call Anger, many of us will not know it but it's very dangerous in our life, I have weakness how people got arrested, because they can't manage or control there Anger.
HOW CAN YOU MANAGE YOUR ANGER
You can manage your by slowing down , breathing deeply and taking a break before responding, it will help you reduce your anger..
Many of us find it very difficult to manage our Anger most especially when you got into a flight with someone, you will just use that anger on him .. maybe it may lead to dead or end up in hospital, without giving a second thought about it…you will be like if you no use your anger on him now and do him strong thing tomorrow, he will look down on you or something..
Like most of these people that have Short temper..if you get them upset they can use anything a hit you with it , they quickly get upset, so how can you manage that situation…
They best you will do , is to apologize to them, don't look it like him /she is the one that started it..you see when you first apologize don't person with short temper will now be like , I'm they one that started it,but why is him apologizeing,at that moment trust me nothing will come to that person mind than to control him/her Anger..
Okay look at this …
WHY DO I GET ANGRY OVER LITTLE THINGS
lack of understanding will make you get angry almost everything, it will be hard for you to keep friends self , because know one will love to be close to you because of your anger issues.. small thing,you will quarrel, why because you lack understanding and you can't manage your anger if you lack understanding ..
You see anger can become problematic I'd it's lead to aggression , outbursts, or even physical altercation ..
on like me, how i manage my Anger, when someone did something wrong to me or I did something wrong to someone, I will not react at that moment If you wrong me, I will now look at the matter, find a quiet place and reason well, before you know it, it will be like their was never a problem..
If you have understanding in you trust, you can manage your Anger!!!
